No, he doesn't. It's simpler than that--an extra bill would make it more difficult as you'd then have to conceal the extra one. There are only two bills, no slits, no gimmicks... but since you're so smart, that's all I'm going to say, as I'm sure you can figure the rest out yourself. :)
