Bow hunting is (in my opinion) more skillful than using a gun since the animal can survive its injuries or dodge the arrow. Guns were meant for dangerous animals like bears and mountain cats since you need to kill them quickly before they kill you. Great video.

hey man, did some bow hunting this weekend and saw 10 deer, none were in range. The part of the field i was hunting always had a high foot traffic of deer passing through but none were there. Come to find out a coyote was lurking in the woods not far, he stepped into the clearing about 15 yards in from of me, I put my arrow through him instead. At least the coyote population stayed in check that evening.
Was walkin in the woods with some friends place is next to an apartment complex and a golf course and were just walking and hear some shufflin wouldnt believe it.. 2 deer just takin off

Hitting 2" groups is great, but you drilled her enough that she didnt suffer and you got food on the table. My hat is off to you. I also practise everyday, but sometimes my shots are still off a bit.
Going out for a late morning hunt this morning.... I just dropped my Bear Whitetail Hunter from 65 down to 55 lbs. The deer usually stop moving around here so much later in the morning, but with any luck it will be overcast for a while... may get lucky.
If you put that shot in slo mo you'll see the deer dropped when she heard the release. I think it would have been a good shot if it didn't drop. I shoot right on inside of 25 yards, anything beyond that I start aiming lowwer. Nice job editing.
gotta good shot..sometimes its tough to hit the vitals EVERY SINGLE TIME.....dont worry about the haters....i shoot 1000 arrows a year...but miss every now and then...happens
How big's your freezer, Dude? Hog meat sounds better in the freezer. When you use food plots for all these hunts, is that illegal? You know hunters, though! Hard to control that itchy trigger finger. That's why you probably have a huge freezer.

Your right man shots like that do happen. The main thing is that you followed up on it and recovered the deer. I can shoot 2 in groups at 50 yds and destroy arrows at 20 but last season I hit a buck even farther back than you did at 12 yds. I recovered the buck so all was good. great video and great attitude.
i opened my 09 with a bow doe too, i was worried there for a min i thought you were going to pick out and shoot the button buck, i hit mine a little back too but she wouldnt stop i got liver though ,she went about 60 yards a piled up love the rage two blades awsome blood trails! nice job!

@olrepas That's not true; it's just that life's tough and we live in an eat or be eaten world (natural selection). Humans (as a species) are predators, and saying those that like hunting are immature and psychotic is like... saying that wolves and lions are psychotic. Hogdude1234 hunts so he can put food on the table for his family; that's different from a game hunter who shoots "dangerous" animals just to prove they can and then keeps the heads. Those people freak me out, but I respect hunters.

Bow hunting is (in my opinion) more skillful than using a gun since the animal can survive its injuries or dodge the arrow. Guns were meant for dangerous animals like bears and mountain cats since you need to kill them quickly before they kill you. Great video.

hey man, did some bow hunting this weekend and saw 10 deer, none were in range. The part of the field i was hunting always had a high foot traffic of deer passing through but none were there. Come to find out a coyote was lurking in the woods not far, he stepped into the clearing about 15 yards in from of me, I put my arrow through him instead. At least the coyote population stayed in check that evening.

I use the camo carbon express, you can pick them up at walmart for 6 bucks a piece, thats all I use and they nnever let me down buddy.

Going out for a late morning hunt this morning.... I just dropped my Bear Whitetail Hunter from 65 down to 55 lbs. The deer usually stop moving around here so much later in the morning, but with any luck it will be overcast for a while... may get lucky.

If you put that shot in slo mo you'll see the deer dropped when she heard the release. I think it would have been a good shot if it didn't drop. I shoot right on inside of 25 yards, anything beyond that I start aiming lowwer. Nice job editing.

Your right man shots like that do happen. The main thing is that you followed up on it and recovered the deer. I can shoot 2 in groups at 50 yds and destroy arrows at 20 but last season I hit a buck even farther back than you did at 12 yds. I recovered the buck so all was good. great video and great attitude.

i opened my 09 with a bow doe too, i was worried there for a min i thought you were going to pick out and shoot the button buck, i hit mine a little back too but she wouldnt stop i got liver though ,she went about 60 yards a piled up love the rage two blades awsome blood trails! nice job!

Sorry dude. But your shooting a mathews with maxima arrows there is no excuse to miss the vitals by that much. I mean congrats on your deer thats always a plus. But you really need to practice up cuz what if that was a big buck and you didn't get lucky and get the artery. I dont hunt unless i can shoot 2 inch groups with my broadheads.
