what is with the subtitles in 5 different languaes, English, French,German, Spanish and Vietnames? It's is rather interesting, ill be distracted just looking at the subtitles and not the cooking :) :)

looks tasty. olive oil does not stay stable when heated (releases free radicals).  always best to use coconut oil for cooking. also - don't put aluminum or any metal in the microwave. it will spark. best of health to all!

What do you mean when you say free radicals?

I always used olive oil.

If the food release free radical it means oxygenated. Do a search on Wiki.. it will tell you what free radical means.

I have a kimchi pizza recipe on my page. If you use soy pepperoni and soy cheese rather than the turkey pepperoni and the regular cheese I use, it would be a really good vegetarian/vegan option.
