Woah melee was on the news!!! Smash had the potential to be the most competitive game series every competing with Street Fight and Tekken. Too bad the guys that made the game didnt give a damn about us competitive smashers and produced brawl.

It makes me sad that I couldn't attend this. If I was a little older and could afford the money, then I could have went. It looked like so much fun.

what i find sad is that NOW i can wavedash. after playing brawl, i played melee at a friends house (now wii)... truely a WTF moment for me. not to mention dash dancing and other ATs...

yeah its sad to imagine that eventually everyone here will be grown up and eventually smash will be forgotten, like alot of things in history. This is my favorite multiplayer video game, and i've played alot of them. Everything pales in comparison to SSBM.
