So the manifest means you can say for example that the camera can not be removed, even if it can, and it still follows the rules. vm, 'alright there is no way for me to get the phone off.  alight on to the street'

in case you don't get it, the hat is taped to his head, but the camera is not taped to his hat so he simply removes the camera from the cap and later replaces is.

1. The magic has to be shoot in a single continues take. Pausing of the camera is not permitted.

2. Any post processing, editing, trimming is not permitted.

3. The sound must never be post-produced apart from the images or vice versa. (Music must not be used unless it occurs where the magic is being shot).

4. The camera must be hand- held by the magician for the start and the end of the movie. Handing off, placing down or mounting of the camera is permitted.

5. Special lighting is not acceptable unless it is shown to the audience as part of the magic plot. (If there is too little light for exposure a single lamp can be attached to the camera.)

6. Optical work and filters are forbidden unless they are shown to the audience and part of the magic plot.

7. The magic must be all original to best knowledge of the creator/magician. Marketed tricks or other magician's material is not permitted.
