A maximum jump takes torque and horse power. Basically a jump is very high intensity in throwing motion which means it happens in milliseconds. Now you go train with weights. That is easiest way. It is resistance training itself.
When i was about 14 years old i loved to play basketball, i would practice every day. practice my jumpers, layups, fastbreaks, until i got better. I would usually do leg work outs maybe once a week at the gym but that was it. If you want to jump higher you dont need a stupid program, just give your body rest after every day of practice, keep balling on the court, and youll start jumping higher, now im 16 and after all that practice my vertical is about 30 inches running!!!! 6'1" too

@atititudeF You reach your maximum jump about a month after finishing the program. Air alert destroys your muscles (the way any good exercise program should), so you need to wait quite a while for them to heal before you'll hit your true height.
I apologize I meant seven days, not a month, but Air Alert itself says you'll hit your peak around a weeks after you finish. That doesn't mean you won't improve in the process

Air Alert is a pretty good program but for me I have seen better results from strength training (squats, lunges, deadlifts, calf raises) and basic plyometrics (squat jumps stuff like that). But like I said Air Alert is good but this is just my opinion.

However it does promise you an extra 1-2 from the squat hops and an extra 1-2 from the last week alone. So it promises you at least 2-4.
