where did u set in ? we just want to do a few hours and really want scenery/wildlife and as little as possible noise from motorboats/ jet skis' etc...tx

@tobiaslarsgunnar The best place to launch would be at Butcher Jones Recreation Site... It's a beach so it makes it easy to get out. The whole lake is very scenic and there are always motorboats and jet skis' driving around after 9 or 10 in the morning. The boaters don't usually venture off into the coves or up by the Mormon Flatt Dam. In a nut shell: Go at dawn, stick to the shoreline and you'll be sure to see plenty of wildlife and great scenery!
