This song sounds so well produced compared to the rest of the record but that's because it was done by Tom Wilson, the same guy who produced some of Bob Dylan's greatest albums. And damn lots of baroque folk-pop of the time had the celeste in it. This is probably the most innocent Lou Reed sounded as a singer. Shoulda been a hit, but if people heard the rest of the album they would've been scared off. In 1967, both the mainstream and the hippies were scared off by the Velvets.
