Natla was left drowning in a pool of Eitr at the end of the TR:U saga, but there's no saying she won't come back in a few years. So she might be dead, but some developer might think it's a good idea to drag her back out again one day.

The next Tomb Raider is in early production stage.

There are two expansion packs for TR:U out for the X360 called 'Beneath the Ashes' and 'Lara's Shadow'. In LS you play as the clone, and she does talk in one cutscene, yes.
