The essence of Van Halen. Early days of their music shows such Energy! Timing and phrasing impeccable, back in the days when they were young with Nothing to Lose.
There's Van Halen and then there's Van Hagar...Hagar was a great lead man but doesn't even compare to the music on VH first 2 albums. Not a DLR lover or a Hagar hater but VH early music is what I consider to be their best.
If the audio is from London in 1995, it's from the Wembley Stadium show when Van Halen supported Bon Jovi, this was the last time they came over here so you americans should feel very lucky indeed!!!
the red tights hagar is wearing at 0.45 is the most embaressing thing ive ever seen anyone on stage . Hagar looks like one of those old fat dudes down the gym trying to impress the young girls , not to mention some of his dancing on the spot , terrible
@downincognito76 I'm never embarassed by what someone else is wearing. Anyways, Sammy wearing those tights maybe trying to impress girls, but back in the day who was Roth trying to impress with assless chaps?
Listen to the RightHereRightNow live cd and this song, or their cover of the The Who's Won't Get Fooled Again....Love Walks In, killer tone....Best Of Both Worlds or how tight they were on Judgement Day.
Sure some will say that RightHereRightNow was not a great live album but to me it only showed how professional VH was with Sammy on board
It says Middletown, PA, but I'm not aware of any arenas big enough to hold a VH show during that era. I'm guessing this is from Hershey. Or it's a different Middletown (I'm thinking where Three Mile Island is near)
The vid is indeed from the Live: RHRN tour, but the audio is without a doubt from the Balance tour. The balance tour was the only tour with Hagar during his first run where they played in E flat.
Sammy should have NEVER sang a Van Halen song, HE SUX! Stick to the Van Hagar crap Sam! YEEESH.

Lets just say Sammy needs to stick to his music with VH and we need to let DLR on the stage to sing this one.

This is the last time Halen sounded good live with Hagar...the Balance Tour. It definately wasn't on the 04 tour!
Sammy gets dissed at :57...he thinks the girl is coming to him but she goes to Mike instead! Hahahaha classic!
