  • I think a lot of parents would be better parents if they would realize one simple fact: Most things kids get in trouble for isn't really wrong, it just pisses off the parent.

  • There are "genuine" Christians and there are "professing" Christians, just as there are genuines and professings in ALL walks of life. You are convinced that both are the same.

Hopefully the parents' eyes will be opened while the child rests safely in the Lord's arms.

You too are an "angry asshole". We all far short of he glory of God. May you find His love, so that your talents could be put to more persuasive use in fighting various injustices most effectively, all for HIS glory.

  • Anger is groovy. Fuck these clowns!

  • This is exactly what atheists are referring to when we say 'xianity harms society'. They always say, "give us an example". How many do they require? To me, one is enough.

  • @yeshuahfullofit I need more than one but there are so many we will never run out of reasons to out grow this dangerous foolishness

  • @MacNutz2 I sadly agree. We have had millions more than 'one'. I weep for our future. I see no cause for 'hope'. I 'hope' I am wrong. I doubt it. : (

  • @yeshuahfullofit things do not look good for the immediate future. In longer terms it is possible that a return to theocracy will turn Christianity into a dirty word in the US, IF the country survives it.

The majority of ignorant piss heads who support such ideas will absolutely Hate living under it.. Just as the Brits came to really hate Cromwell and the puritans after a few years of puritan rule.

  • @MacNutz2 Understood. But, who wants to live through that when we don't have to? We have to nip this in the bud. "Nip in in the bud!" -- Deputy Barney Fife ; )

  • @yeshuahfullofit prevention is always less painful than the cure but I'm feeling pessimistic about the chances of America surviving what is coming.

It has been building for a long time but most of the population is completely ignorant of what they are standing on or how it has come about..

  • @MacNutz2 Not 'ALL' of us. Who says 'America' has to survive? I can live with the thought of living in the nation of OHIO. ; )

  • @yeshuahfullofit the States becoming un-united is a very real possibility

  • @MacNutz2 And whose to say that's a 'bad' thing? I believe that is ONE of our original mistakes..... Thinking that we could make such a vast area, and all the people in it, of 'one mind'. Let people 'be'. That's all I'm asking or advocating for. Why don't people 'get it'?

  • @yeshuahfullofit correction: who's

  • @yeshuahfullofit ha, I don't think the original guys expected to get west of Kentucky, maybe not that far.

  • @MacNutz2 I am of the opinion that maybe they shouldn't have. I think the world would be a much better place if we still had some of the Native People's Nations to counteract and maybe prevent what the US has been allowed to do to other nations and the Earth. But, that's just my opinion. I don't know if others have the same opinion, or not. If not, I stand on my own.

  • @MacNutz2 If we hadn't 'won' some battles, I could be speaking 'Canadian', now. " Eh? " (beauty!) XDD

  • @yeshuahfullofit Excuse' moi. I did not intend to excise your Eastern brethren. (that just strengthens my argument) ; )

  • @yeshuahfullofit The Americans only won one major battle in the the war of 1812. The battle of New Orleans, of course, which happened two weeks after the war was over. :)

Here on the west coast of Canada speaking Canadian means English. Outside of Quebec it is pretty much English or Cantonese. :)

  • @MacNutz2 I meant battles with the northern Native American tribes. / Speaking 'Canadian' was a poor attempt at humor. ; (

  • /watch?v=C5kctVS5Bm0

His ministries are here on pootoob

  • It's the Soul Murder of children by those who hate the humanity they see within them and wish to extirpate it

The monotheisms and their thinking are a threat to us all and must go away forever

  • I can't wait to see what faux "news" has to say about this. You know they're gonna have to defend their insanity (religion)...

This is really fucking sick though. I can't even imagine what other tortures those kids went through.

Those sick fucks have no problem following the part of the bible that says "spare the rod, spoil the child", but I bet they just love some red lobster.

You ALL cherry pick the bible christians. Every last one of you...

  • I love you Mr MacNutz.

  • I wonder why people go to jail when they post things online (and yes, it happens in the US too), but when they write how-to books for torturing children they're left completely alone because of their "right" to exercise their religion.

  • Powerful stuff, Mr Mac.

  • This behaviour is just bullying by another name. "I'm bigger than you, and I can hurt you, and I enjoy it, so I will".

  • I'm tired of hearing people say that it's not religion that lead to the death of this child. If you're gullible enough to believe that a man was killed to atone for the sins of a woman who was convinced to eat an apple by a talking snake, you'll believe anything. If you can believe the Jesus myth, you can believe that to spare the rod is to spoil the child. This man's religious beliefs lead directly to this child's death and a causal link can be traced DIRECTLY back to the Bible.

  • will the WBC boycott the little girls funeral with signs saying "God Hates Dead Children" scum like that have the same mental disease as the sadistic Christians that killed her.

  • @MsOneiroi77 Phelps has a long history of domestic violence against his own children. Being a good Christian man, I suppose that is to be expected.

  • @MacNutz2 somehow I wasnt shocked to hear about that. So much rage in the man, Phelps is so twisted up inside the whole family are just an extension of his perverted logic. Filled with blind hate and abuse to hate everything especially gays. Phelps is a repressed homosexual he vents it all out I think he protests too much in that regards against gays something is not right with him.

  • @MsOneiroi77 In deed. He's a man with a lot to hide. Being so obsessive it never occurs to him that he has put a neon sign on that which he seeks to hide. The bible is not the source of his obsession. The bible only mentions it a few times, sometimes in tandem with shell fish eating, another "abomination".

  • @MacNutz2 that is correct the man is obsessed with a passion but the passions he has are not disgust its attraction and revultion towards himself. Regarding shellfish I wonder if the WBC in their pius Christian way ever considered to picot fishermen, lobster restaurants as the bible says its an abomination more times than homosexuality. Also do these fundies wear two different types of cloth a clear sign of biblical sin and one of the daughters had a son out of wedlock.

  • @MsOneiroi77 they are very good at clinging to the parts of the book that justify and excuse the ugliest actions and ugliest parts of their own personalities while studiously ignoring the parts that condemn them. They tell themselves they are righteous based on such self serving editing, convinced their god is too stupid to notice and too vain to notice as long as you are "on his side". If hell is real...

  • Very well put.

In my view it breaks down to evil people - like you said- COWARDS who like to abuse others, the weak and defenseless (because they wouldn't dare to confront anyone able to defend themselves) doing their "deeds" and justifying it with "god" "Ideologies" (any of them) etc, to get away with it

I think any abuse should be punished. And when it's proven it happened because of "beliefs" that punishment should be doubled.

Do that, and you'll see how fast these MFs stop that crap.

  • @Gmmaverick Michael Pearl should be a co-defendant. He's an evil fuck.

In deed, I grew up as a Southern Baptist and came to the conclusion that the bible and Christianity provides excuses and justifications for bad people to do bad things while pretending to be righteous. If hell were real...

  • @MacNutz2 I think the root of the problem is indoctrination. It should be forbidden by law to indoctrinate kids to believe ANY "ideology/doctrine/belief" before they are able to discern on their own.

When I started to ask questions I was told what a BELIEF was, and shown what was a FACT, and taught the tools to evaluate situations. Focusing attention on the OUTCOME of people actions, rather than "the reason why" those actions were taken.

People tell you who they are WITH THEIR ACTIONS+OUTCOME

  • Mac, pardon me if I've forgotten, but were you raised 'neath the wrath of the rod?

I was. Horse whipped primarily. But also the flay, bull whip, willow switch, coat hanger, hairbrush, drilled cricket bat, and plain beatings. Each torturer had a preference, for their own means of godly persuasion. It is a wonder that I survived.

Now I read back over that, & I know someone is bound to call me a liar. That's probably why I don't talk about it. Who but someone who's had similar, would believe it?

  • @DonQuixotedeKaw I was raised in a southern Baptist home in the deep south so yes the rod was employed. But, I didn't have as much of that to deal with as a lot of kids there did. People who have not been part of those groups and families have no idea how ugly it actually is.

The fear factor worked in my favour. I was a freaky good shot with a lot of guns and my father had a suppressed fear that I might kill him. It was not an unreasonable fear.

  • @MacNutz2 I've had my share of fantasies of blowing a six-inch hole in the chest of my mother's boyfriend the one time he let me shoot his shotgun. Like I always say, it's not that kids shouldn't kill their parents. It's that they SHOULDN'T HAVE TO.

  • @GreatBigBore ha, they be some truth to that.

  • @MacNutz2 I'm certain that fear finally crossed my fathers mind, as I stood looking him in the eye, and not flinching, as he applied the horse whip to my bared 13 year old ass, for the very last time.

  • I once read a quote on FSTDT that said it should be considered child abuse for non-Christians to adopt. Cases like this suggest the opposite is true.

  • I see now why you were so upset earlier. I agree. Well said.

  • Excellent rant!

    Thanks.

  • Let's hope a psychotic christian answers to this with a video entitled as "Secular masochism almost as repugnant as the splitting technique.."

  • This isn't the first time a child died from wounds inflicted by parents who read Pearl's books. From 2006:

    talk2action[DOT]org/story/2006/3/16/132347/107

"Paddock ordered Michael and Debi Pearl's books and started spanking her adopted children as suggested. After Sean, the youngest of Paddock's six adopted children, died last month, his older sister and brother told investigators about Paddock's spankings."

  • Subscribed, love this

  • make me sick to my stomach, SICK

  • MacNutz, you hit the nail on the fucking head. My girlfriend comes from an evangelical family; she and her sister have come up with severe emotional baggage from a life of being, as you said, "demonized" by their parents; always made to be at fault, often beaten over simply being young girls...this was a cathartic video to watch. As for Lidya, this has been a real shame. The tragedy is that there will continue to be such deaths...

  • nicely done sir, I will be subbing

  • Isn't the verse they quote "spare the rod, spoil the child" to justify beating kids. The ironic thing is that the Hebrew word used translates into the scepter that a king would use. When was the last time you hear about a scepter being used to physically strike someone.

  • correct.

  • How can you kill a child? There is no excuse for it.

  • utilius est illi si lapis molaris inponatur circa collum eius et proiciatur in mare quam ut scandalizet unum de pusillis istis

It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

    Luke 17-2

  • I love it when you get like this :)

  • My word. When the man say's he's going to let fly, he means it. Glad you're feeling better and look forward to more rants. Let the sicko mother-fuckers have it. Moral majority my ring-piece.

  • @TheLivingDinosaur Ha, it appears that I talk slower and exhibition fewer verbal ticks when I'm that kind of pissed off. I'm sick of the self justifying sanctimonious excuses for such terrible behaviour and destructive intentions.

That child was utterly alone in the world. Demonizing children is an utter perversion

  • Sorry for the cursing, but psychological problems that the gov and people ignore for bullshit reasons like religion or culture hits me on a deep level personally...

  • There is no surprise that all the children around this guy smile and look happy. If you where in the same room as a large rabid dog, would you not take great care not to upset the creature? And you would also get out of the room a.s.a.p.

There are different kinds of respect and the respect you get from your kids if you beat them is the same respect you would give a mad dog.

  • @FredricF also there is a director and others off camera reminding to make their "best brightest smile". The kids could be actors hired by an ad agency. These are set up photo ops.

  • @FredricF

There is a difference between fear and respect. The facial expressions involved are different as well. You have conflated these two concepts.

  • @mspitzer33 I know the difference between fear and respect but I suspect somebody that use violence and coercion to get his children "behave" does not.

  • (cont) experience them your self it hurts like hell. And when no one around you, your best friends or your fucking government gives a flying fuck it makes you want to go shoot up the sick fucks that allow it.

  • Excellent rant, my good man!

  • Dammit flagged it on accident...stupid iPod. Sorry MacNutz. (I doubt that will be a problem though)

Anyway, I wish more parents would show a little unconditional love. No ones understands it...In regards to sick religious fundamentalists that not only do the basic brainwashing (or brain "dirtying") but also beating their kids etc (which has been proven to be psychologically damaging)...it's fucking disgusting. Psychological problems almost seem brush-off-able (word? lol) but when you experienc

  • Beat a child and tell them "I'm doing this because Jesus loves you."
