Not armed, they clearly were told to get an interperter. He did not attack them as they claimed. They should be charged with a homicide case. As noted by other commenters of this video, the man did act out in a more than irrational way. But using a taser when he was not a threat to the safety of the rcmp seems more irrational.
The absolute, most irrational action of the video is the use of a second taser while he is down. All too often police everywhere seem to think that they need to continue to apply violent force even after subduing the subject.

Not armed, they clearly were told to get an interperter. He did not attack them as they claimed. They should be charged with a homicide case. Police or not, if it was just a regular person who Tazed him and he died, the police would charge them with homicide no questions asked. Wrongful death but not by the tazer. Very rare chance for somebody that's tazed to die and it's been proven on almost all accounts that it was a medical issue that the electricity worsened but not the electricity itself. I have no idea why this man was tazed as he posed no real threat to officers.

Lots of people are getting killed with tazers.
Often the police use them repeatedly on the same victim because the the person will not comply after the first tazer but they cant because they are still semi paralyzed from the first tazer.
Search and you will find those videos, I personally cant watch them cause of all the terrible screaming involved.

dumbasess tazers dont kill people, he is 40 years old, that was not the cause. Unless he had a pace maker that was shorted out or something, it will not stop a heart and will not put someone into a full arrest. However, with that said, the camera guy did say the police officer put his knee between the suspects head/neck, which could cause a loss of blood to the brain. But, to sum it up, tazers dont kill people, idiots that throw fits like this get the repercussions that go along with it.
