@chuniyo you never know untill you find out who are good at cooking may be the girl your parents arrange for you would be one of the best cooks ;) , i live with a chinese girl and she cooks amazing Indian food :D , so it really depends :P
cream makes gravy smooth and make tomato flavor mild. but you can use fat free cream if you wish. Another ingredient that can be used is arrowroot powder dissolved in water to make gravy with tomato puree....so try and see if you like that...
