this game is a challenge to balance units, dont bother using the masari in a skirmish or online, the better gaming experience is the patches and upgrades of the novus and hierachy.

This is realy funny game, but some balance patch can make her 100 times more fun.

Hierarchy is realy op in a hand of a good player (resurce gathering, radiation Cascade on science walker's and many more), Masari can fought limitly against them, but Novus have no chance

Thinking that nukes and whatever we have now has no match in the dark vast universe. Hell, even swarms of nano-assemblers set on aggressive could be devastating to us. A type I/II race that is not only space-worthy, but capable of interstellar travel and has untold planets harvested behind their warp engines, their boots are to be licked in subservience with a loud "Thank you!", if we ever wanted to survive. If there are other civilizations, we can only pray they are not malevolent.

At all those complaining about lack of humans: have you played this game at all? Tanks are good for Reaper Drones, Glyph Carvers and light infantry ONLY. Everything else considers them as toys. Brute infantry literally so. Humans *did* fire nukes at Hierarchy orbital ship between missions, and only shook them a little.

This one dreams about alien invasion only to see human infinite EGO utterly crushed. You really expect to stand a chance before conquerors of uncounted civilizations?

That's Novus, which, in their language, means "Those who serve", a referance to their origin, remenants of the bots that their creators made. Most of the units you see are Ohm Robots (the infantry), Amplifiers (the laser-sonic weaponry), and the angel-shaped mech is Viktor, which is piloted by a clone created from surviving DNA of one of the creators; a woman named Mirabel. Surpisingly human in appearance, too. They wind up allying with humanity once Mirabel gets full command.

Did you play the Campaign? Most of the Humans were wiped out and the few survivors are hiding. I estimate only like a few thousand humans left on the world. Still you can see a few civilians (even in skirmish) who were left behind if you destroy the city/buildings try using radiation from a Defiler (bleed out) to get them to come out.
