  • i love dis

  • This is a completely different vocal than either the live in Paris or live in Italy performances that are on Youtube from 1971 and he never cut a studio version in that style. The only studio version was with the Dee Felkice Trio from 1969 and sounds nothing like this. When was the original of this remix recorded? Is it an unreleased studio version??

  • THE SHIT

  • fucking love this song :) Sunnnny !!!

  • i did a nice version of this live, i was prepare to dislike this remix but it's good, didn't change too much

  • what a soul thx james THX THX THX

  • Who did the track "Battle" from the same CD?

  • Holy sh1t thats funky! just danced round my living room doing the hoovering..................Good God

  • Oh my God! listening the intro you know what 'll happen...sunny sunny vibes....

  • man a high beat song with a explosion to it

  • ah this is sick!

i have not heard this before...

    5 stelle!

  • this is what the hell i'm talkin' 'bout! damn funky! good post!

  • Never tire of hearing JB, oh what a voice

  • I still would like to know where this vocal came from. It is different from the 1971 live in Paris version and different from the 1969 version on the 'Gettin' Down To It' LP.This must be an alternate vocal that was never released. Can anyone substantiate this??

  • Nice mix, for sure

  • The vocal seems like an alternate take from any other version I have heard live or studio, from Mr. Brown. Where is the vocal from?

  • Funky disco tecno xD

  • sweet mix

  • Love the original, but this funky twist is fire! Thanx for the post!

  • mix de merde, comment on peut massacrer un morceau de james brown.

    c'est navran!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @1968musicsoul

ce n'est pas de James Brown, je pense que c'était Bobby Hebb qui l'a écrit

  • ye, hot milk!

  • to matabadal1, whil i agree MJ was an amazing performer, without James Brown MJ would have been nowhere. as a child, when he was the jackson 5, he used to lie on the floor bakc stage and watch james' feet when he performed so he could learn to move in the same way.

I love this mix of this track though. truly funky and soulful

  • Only MJ beat him, thanks Spent.

  • @matabadal1 - That is a matter of opinion. MJ was a pop phenom but no one can come close to JB for originality, soulfulness or funky and lowdown dancing.

  • @PaulDA2000 Justin Bieber went glad at a certain moment, when you typed "JB", but then he realized that you were talking about the Amazing Godfather of Soul James Brown... Just kidding ;)

  • @PaulDA2000

The sharpest man with the slickest moves, anything that follows in this groove has to tip its hat to JB.

  • @PaulDA2000 jb was the king of soul but MJ was the king of pop well if you say that Mj was a fan of Jb because when he was a child he was loved of he...then you can't make a comparison then Mj and JB...

  • House music is the bomb diggity

  • really funky! god bless JBrown

  • i ain't into dis type of music but dis is a really good mix man.

  • @Joramboo What do you mean you aint into this kinda music? You actually think someone out there is greater than JB, or you mean this house twist?

  • @RikJamezBich I was talkin bout the house twist, otherwise i wouldn't consider this a mix:p

  • Why? It sounds awesome

  • I like music like this, and I'm only 16. The soulfulness, of his voice really make me connect with this song. But does anybody have the original version of this, like without the sped up part, if so please contact me thanks.

  • i can t accept it

  • 70's song...

  • Soulful house = deep funk (James would approve)

  • the master of fonk heaaaaaaa!

  • you dont have too buy the song if you want it. You can download (free) a youtube to mp3 converter:)

  • Not bad but... call me whatever, I like more the original version :P

  • DAMN! This is too good

  • what is the year of this song?

  • This remix came out around 2002 as it originally featured on the James Brown - Ultimate Remixes album of the same year.

  • @virtelnach8 1900

  • @virtelnach8 1966

  • @virtelnach8 1966

  • Wow...I was prepared to hate this mix until that bassline kicked in! House music all night long!

  • Anyone know where I could buy this mix?

  • have a search for the James Brown - Dynamite X album its on there.. realeased on both Vinyl and CD..

  • cheers mate, now I just have to try and find it somewhere cheaper than 15 pounds.
