Varian have been splitted into two persons, one being controlled by Onyxia, the other Lo'Gosh an orcish gladiator champion. They're being combined and getting his memory back. His father, Llane was killed by Garona, an half orc that offered friendship with him, to later kill him. He were very friendly until a meeting came, And got assaulted by Garona and another gang, which made him hate orcs more than ever since he were forced to fight gladiators for orcs
So "gentle and kind" that he places a violent instigator like Garrosh as his 2nd in command. And then treats that same instigator like a spoiled child.
Garrosh on the other hand was a pessimistic young mag'har, who grew up beliving the horde and mostly his father was evil and bloodthirsty. Altough this is a terrible way to grow up, but the cause of his hatred for the alliance is still unknown. After he went trough the dark portal the new enviroment may caused damage to his brain, or it is possible he is simply a sociopath.
it's mostly due to arrogance, once he learned his father freed the orcs from the demons. He believed the Horde should respect him for his herritage, also from seeing how the humans wage war against his people

I am not sure if you have any right to compare Varian with Garrosh. Comparing their past and their current behaviour, you can see quite a number of differences.

And Thrall is NOT the new guadian of Trisfal but Med´an (the son of Garona) who can wield Nature, Arcane and Holy magic thanks to his mix of blood. (Orc= Shaman, Human= Arcane, Draenei= Holy)
Read the Cataclysm notes and you will see that Thrall leaves the Horde to become the new guardian. Med'an is just a comic character who does not appear in the game, just as Garona.

Hell in the last issue Jaina asks Thrall to join but he says he is to busy pepairing the invasion of Northrend so he sends Reghar Earthfury in his stead as the shaman advisor.

Both Varian, and Garrosh, are Fuking Idiots! Tirion does all he can to help them prepare for battle against the really enemy, and as he says, killing each other only adds to Arthas's plan, but both this warmongering thugs care about is besting each other in a childish game.

Hmm, it could be Sargeras, but I would find it much more logical if it was Kil'Jaeden, who is the current leader of The Burning Crusade, Because he says "You have failed me, Varamithas" (The dreadlord in Undercity) .. I would think it was wierd if Sargeras said this, but makes sence since Kil'Jaeden is the one sending him to battle...

its always interesting to hear these audio clips from raids not experienced yet. i personally dont play anymore, i quit awhile before ulduar. the raid itself looks cool but the gear doesnt look that good, compared to previous designs that blizzard has come up with. the new idea for differentiation between alliance and horde setts, but overall they look too similar. they shouldve put another raid in between ulduar and this. i mean, whats next after arthas is dead? sargeras?

i noticed more ppl play horde than allies by far on every realm i been on and i think they should make battlesgrounds were you have to save the oposite faction from lich kings forces before they lose there bases etc. and they have to help you as well =D FOR THE HORDE!

The demon that the warlock summons is not KJ or Sargereas. If you heard it is a Doomguard, Look on Wow Wiki if i am speaking of the wrong part but it is an Ereder.
Problem: If you read the dialogue of the event, Vari calls him "master" repeatedly. In WC3, they did not, even to the "head Dreadlord", call each other "master". Maybe "brother", but that's about it.
I kind of sad that there hasent really been much of Darion Mograine (leader of the Kinghts of Ebon Blade and the son of the ashbringer) and the death kinghts in the story besides like two quest in icecrown.
there will be, he's one of my fav characters, but when icecrown citadel, death knights will get to march against the lich king, and the leader darion morgraine will lead
Either it is Kil'jaeden, as he already attempted an entry into Azeroth and failed, Varimathras could have most likely been trying to summon him into the world.
Or, very worryingly, it's the big man himself, Sargeras, if thats the case we are most likely screwed, hopefully it isn't as I would prefer they wait until a couple of expansions before they introduce Sargeras into the game
I still think it's Kil'jaeden, it's too early to introduce Sargeras, and if it is for the Battle For The Undercity I doubt it will affect me, I haven't done it yet (my main's still a 60 but I do intend to level eventually) and I play Alliance, since we fight Putress we probably won't hear it, and it would be favouritism to the Horde i they hear Sargeras first, I don't care if Metzen favours Horde, it wouldn't be fair to the Alliance

After the long, boring, and overabundant achievements and hard modes that was Ulduar, I was pretty glad to have a fast trash-less instance.
I can only hope that Icecrown Citadel will have the epic level of Black Temple.

Varian > Garrosh.
The Horde is the clear agressor and cause of the war that is currently happening between them and the Alliance.
Invading Ashenvale Forest, Attacking Hillsbrad, Invading Arathai, sniping and attacking Alliance at every opportunity.
Fact the Horde are simply WarMongers. Thrall is a weak panzy of a leader that cannot even control his own minions.

Orcs had two options, Kill or intern.
Thrall, med'an, no one has been confirmed for the role of new guardian of tristifal.
Personally, Med'an's ability to use the different magic types is
Orc=Nature(shaman) (cataclysm also introduces orc magi, so they can technically be the arcane as well)
Draenei=Holy(paly+priest)
Human=Arcane AND Holy(Remember, Paladin's of the silver hand? humans)

Hmm, it could be Sargeras, but I would find it much more logical if it was Kil'Jaeden, who is the current leader of The Burning Crusade, Because he says "You have failed me, Varamithas" (The dreadlord in Undercity) .. I would think it was wierd if Sargeras said this, but makes sence since Kil'Jaeden is the one sending him to battle...

The voice at the end IS Sargeras the same file is in game under Sargeras, and it's heard at the end of the Hordes version of battle for the undercity

the audio at the end kind of sounds like kil'jaden, which would make sense because kil'jaden isn't dead, just banished from the sunwell within the old sunwell raid, and perhapes kil'jaden was behind the whole summoning malfuction,

its always interesting to hear these audio clips from raids not experienced yet. i personally dont play anymore, i quit awhile before ulduar. the raid itself looks cool but the gear doesnt look that good, compared to previous designs that blizzard has come up with. the new idea for differentiation between alliance and horde setts, but overall they look too similar. they shouldve put another raid in between ulduar and this. i mean, whats next after arthas is dead? sargeras?

i noticed more ppl play horde than allies by far on every realm i been on and i think they should make battlesgrounds were you have to save the oposite faction from lich kings forces before they lose there bases etc. and they have to help you as well =D FOR THE HORDE!

HORDE and the allies should be able to fight togther and i think we should be able to comunicate with them even outside the arena so you can kill them still but yu can talk and persade the person not to attack HORDE!!!!!!!

Problem: If you read the dialogue of the event, Vari calls him "master" repeatedly. In WC3, they did not, even to the "head Dreadlord", call each other "master". Maybe "brother", but that's about it.
Most likely Sargeras or Kil'Jaeden.

that mystery voiceclip is one of two people.
Either it is Kil'jaeden, as he already attempted an entry into Azeroth and failed, Varimathras could have most likely been trying to summon him into the world.
Or, very worryingly, it's the big man himself, Sargeras, if thats the case we are most likely screwed, hopefully it isn't as I would prefer they wait until a couple of expansions before they introduce Sargeras into the game

I still think it's Kil'jaeden, it's too early to introduce Sargeras, and if it is for the Battle For The Undercity I doubt it will affect me, I haven't done it yet (my main's still a 60 but I do intend to level eventually) and I play Alliance, since we fight Putress we probably won't hear it, and it would be favouritism to the Horde i they hear Sargeras first, I don't care if Metzen favours Horde, it wouldn't be fair to the Alliance
