Not rushed, they stayed together the whole way through. Precise and with the use of effects this is very difficult to get all the notes to speak clearly esp. when two parts are going.

The arrangement for two guitars was very satisfying to listen to and they

really, I think, kept to the composer's intent.

If I have any advice at all, it could use more... what... force variance? I'm not (much of) a musician, don't know the terms.

I mean, it could be smoother/softer in some places, to give the other places more impact. What our brains do is compare. It has that kind of variation, but more would be cool. Is this much regularity intended? Lots of other stuff from CoB isn't so regular, so maybe it is.

Still amazing. Anybody can solo but this is the most ass kicking duet I've seen.

Hmm. Interesting. I respect your opinion, but the solo isn't basic at all, not in my and millions of others opinion. Mask of Sanity is one of the most impressive solos I've heard in my entire life. I haven't seen one guitarist on Youtube perform is right, and a lot of those pull off PG's and YJM's solos. His ego isn't huge, either. He belittled himself after getting an award for being a "guitar god". Looking at some of his interviews and what not, he doesn't seem high on his chair at all.

One of the best guitarists today I would have to say is Jeff Loomis. Idk if you know him but when you hear him I think you and many will agree he's a lot better then Laiho lol.

Oh yeah, Loomis is a beast. He is definitely better in terms of raw skill and in some aspects, composing. One BIG thing he has over Laiho is clean playing. Laiho can perform live, but is sloppier than SHIT, albeit he's drunk before and after concerts. The fool drinks while in a concert.

Indeed. Laiho is simply just a player, if you catch my drift. He doesn't put real time and effort into his instrument, he simply played guitar for a long time and what not. I mean, no offense to Laiho but he seems to be lacking theory greatly when he teaches. He can't teach worth shit. Malmsteen can't either, but he's always spouting theory and what not. Alexi just doesn't seem to be truly dedicated to his instrument compared to other guitarists. He's still a beast, though. He has a unique style
