How can you put so much faith into a mysterious figure. He hasn't proved he's real. I believe in there is a creator of the universe! But not the christian belief. Isnt is amazing how you feel when you listen to a minor melody, crazy how music can mess with your emotions. But I guess chances are no god exists outside of what your personification of a god would be, but unfortunately that personification is just that, A personal version of what "Your" God is. That aside I like the music a lot but recognize that the subject matter is fiction. Unless there is evidence for god I don't see a reason to believe it, but once I get that evidence yea Ill switch over!
Before I became a Christian, I was ok with dying and ceasing to exist. I was certainly unhappy, but I wasn't at rock-bottom like they say a lot of people are when they finally turn to God.
All I'm trying to say is, don't hold things over non-believers like "You'll go to Hell" or "I'm better than you because I'm Christian." That's not loving for one thing. But think about it. It won't work anyway because they don't believe it. You're just pushing them away, really.

Because of those many different religions, countries become more isolated, and are more likely to start a war. Would 9/11 have happened if nobody believes in a higher power? I believe and have faith that God is real. There are hints throughout history that point to God being real. The bible wasn't just made up; there are reasons people wrote those accounts. But the reason God doesn't just appear to the world is that would 'force' us to believe in Him, robbing us of the free will to chose.

What if you find out the true god is Allah when you have believed in Yahweh all life long? What about some other gods? How can you put so much faith into a mysterious figure. He hasn't proved he's real. I believe in there is a creator of the universe! But not the christian belief. They want you to live your life under real of someone demands. I thought life was meant to be free. Not oppression by your fellow man. God is mystery. Not a icon. You have to truly live your life happy, the way you want it. Then you will be free to understand if there is one.

Why do people come to comment on a Christian video just to harass people who believe in a God?? I don't get it! Mind your own business if your intentions are to be a troll! On the other hand, you should really check out Frank Turek on youtube. Unless you really can't take it from a person who actually IS smart. Just a caution, the words he uses to explain why God DOES exist may be a bit too big for you. You might want to grab a dictionary to help you understand what he is talking about.

You just can't assume that a higher power called 'God' created everything. You could assume that an alien from another universe created the earth. That sounds equally as obvious! This means that the god, as many christians see him, not exist. Even with the increasingly improving techonology and science, there will always be questions. Isnt is amazing how you feel when you listen to a minor melody, crazy how music can mess with your emotions. But I guess chances are no god exists outside of what your personification of a god would be, but unfortunately that personification is just that, A personal version of what "Your" God is. That aside I like the music a lot but recognize that the subject matter is fiction. Unless there is evidence for god I don't see a reason to believe it, but once I get that evidence yea Ill switch over!

Before I became a Christian, I was ok with dying and ceasing to exist. I was certainly unhappy, but I wasn't at rock-bottom like they say a lot of people are when they finally turn to God.
All I'm trying to say is, don't hold things over non-believers like "You'll go to Hell" or "I'm better than you because I'm Christian." That's not loving for one thing. But think about it. It won't work anyway because they don't believe it. You're just pushing them away, really.

The problems in this world are a result of what people do and say, not God. And if you then ask why God didn't make the world perfect, consider this. Because of those many different religions, countries become more isolated, and are more likely to start a war. Would 9/11 have happened if nobody believes in a higher power? Would there still be suicide bombers? Would people waste billions on churches? And would people try having a stronger relationship with God, rather than actually doing something for the society?

@TheEc95 Do you know that? I don't know for sure if God is or isn't real, but that's the nature of faith. We're free to believe whatever we want, because we possess free will. I believe and have faith that God is real. There are hints throughout history that point to God being real. The bible wasn't just made up; there are reasons people wrote those accounts. But the reason God doesn't just appear to the world is that would 'force' us to believe in Him, robbing us of the free will to chose.

@11GNR11 By using the logic of Pascal's wager, you need to believe in God, but also you need to believe in many, many Gods, some of which are mutually exclusive. What if you find out the true god is Allah when you have believed in Yahweh all life long? What about some other gods? What about Allah actually forbid you to believe in other gods like Yahweh forbids you to believe the same way?
There are not only one religion out there. If God is essential, why Christianity?
