Also the Pontiac GTO is nothing to do with the HSV GTO. The Pontiac is actually more just a Monaro with a bodykit, where as the HSV GTO has revised interior, suspension, exhaust and a whole bunch of other shit.

@phatGTO1 You cannot be serious. All Monaros had the LS1. You know how a GTOs were made? A Monaro is sent from the Holden production line to HSV's production line, where the parts such as the interior, wheels, bodykit, exhaust etc are fitted. HSV fitted an LS2 to later GTOs where as the monaro continued the LS1 until EOL in 2005.

@phatGTO1 HSV GTO and Pontiac GTO DO NOT have the same bodykit. Both the HSV GTO and Pontiac GTO are built from a Monaro chassis. Monaros and Commodore have both used the LS V8 engine since 2000...
