zeruel isn't the best but not known people have done what he has i mean maybe there's people out there not publicitising themselves on here that can do just as much Zeruel can without hacking i don't know that for sure because AQ STAFF wont make a scoreboard to somehow let people duel it out to see who really is the best or who defeated most monsters undefeatables etc...so until they do something like that nobody knows who really is "the best"

I'm not sure but I think the dragon Zeruel is using is from the Beast Tamer class and is the lv 3 skill but you have to become a lv 10 beast tamer to get the dragon.
