I can't get it to produce any sound. The notes wont scroll in play note...

@Nigthtale Click the Start icon to interact with the computer. You must have midi configured properly to receive midi input. To make the music play using the Play Music icon, you need to properly configure midi ouput. Make sure you choose the midi device supported with your keyboard. Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your keyboard installed on your computer. If you still have trouble getting this to work, contact Treblis Software technical support on their website.

I downloaded this, but it will not run on windows xp for some reason. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

@sexelby Can you be specific? There is a known install error message "Internal Error 2762" which will be fixed at some point. There is no need for concern since the product is properly installed on XP. You can see the installed software in the program directory.
