hey there buddy how are u have poor idle unplug you tps it will high idle but will mellow out if that dose not work then pull the iac secsor the tps is located on the intake toudes the front of car i have had done many 2.8 and 3.1 rebuld to know lol but ur idle is really bad
you do know those are EXTREMELY RARE? only 7000 of those indy berettas were made.

Sounds like you have some major lower end problems.
Sounds like your rod bearings are shot, you may want to consider a new motor, or at least a rebuilt bottom end.
