They wear plooms (the fluffy feather things) that exaggerate every movement made and the movements might make sense with the drill that they are doing.

That is very true, but since they are most likely all going to be in the same place during the visual it will make sense. The fact that they all do it at the same time will be visual striking. If they were on separate sides of the field, then a visual would not be installed for the situation. Do you understand what I am getting at?
