Guitar Sound Explanation (Guitar Rig 4 with TSE X30)

Hey dude, I'm gonna try this when I get home and experiment some with it, but do you know if will work the same in Cubase 5 with the plugin and all, since you seem to have a different recording program. Thanks :)

@BaeverN sure, should be no problem - if it does not work you could just download reaper, because it has an unlimited test mode and licenses are very very cheap!

Please help, i have both guitar rig 4 tracks, and both TSE 30 with the poulin on in their respective tracks, but i still get a small noise, i tried the lecto and the noise was was a lot stronger what do i do??

When you use the TSE X30 with the poulin, do you get crazy loud noise? I've tried using noise gates but the sound floods in when i play.

@thethrashboss are you sure lecab is turned on? if yes you could also try another ampsim called lecto (by poulin, too) it does not generate as much noise as the x30!

Well , i kinda figured it out , the sound is just amazing , saying thanks is not enough ... but really thanks a million ... i added rig 4 + EZMix + Poulin + and other VST's and making my own sounds now ... very EPIC stuff :D

and i noticed in your decomposition vid, you listed metal foundry as a program you used.... was this done instead of reaper for the song?

I fixed the import problem... but anyway This video doesnt help at all.. Every plugin, except for guitar rig, gives tons of background noise and sound like a trainwreck.

@martvinctor i am just using my esp ltd mh400nt with active EMG pickups into my EMU 1212M soundcard. if you have low input on your soundcard or interface, try boosting your signal with a tubescreamer emulation (like the one from bte audio, which is free) this will give clarity and sound tighter. i am about to post a demo with free software sims in a few days!
