I was lucky enough to see Redbone in concert in Vancouver, BC in the early 70's. Lolly by far was my favorite!

I WAS SO HAPPY TO HEAR REDBONE ON MY WAY TO WORK THIS MORNING...TURNED IT UP AND SANG ALONG....LOVED THESE GUYS...SO THEN I BEAMED THIS UP AND WAS SO SAD TO FIND OUT ABOUT LOLLY...JESUS WE ARE GETTING OLD AREN'T WE? THANKS FOR POSTING THIS TRIBUTE...REST IN PEACE LOLLY. I WILL MISS YOU.

They made me happy to be American! This is great! Loved their music, always will (the grizzly was scary and beautiful!) Much respect! (I had no idea they wrote 'Niki Hoeky', my dad drove me nuts playing that song over and over and over! Lot's of people covered that song!) I'm glad he slipped quietly back into the universe in his sleep-now he is wide awake!!

At Lolly's funeral, they played this just as is heard, the chant, and then "Come and get your love".

Everyone there did the chant, and then sang along to "Come and Get Your Love".
