no, that is called a ryukin goldfish, a type of fancy goldfish. The lump on its back is natural as it grows it will develope.

can someone tell me how long it takes for the hump on the ryukin to develope, my little one and a half in. ryukin doesnt have much of one now but can someone let me know how long until it starts getting prominent?

nice shoulder..I have the same type of ryukin..short tail...she likes to nibble my fingers each time i place my hand in the water..
