This particular reward unlocks the Classic outfit. Personally, I don't care that much about the outfits. I just like that feeling of satisfaction from finding all of the rewards. :)

I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you mean Lara won't grip the stone ball? I don't have the PSP version myself, but the control should be the usual one for Interact--same as you use to open doors, etc.--which I think is Square on the PSP.

Yeah, You know when you use the magnetic grapple? well instead of gripping it straight away it doesnt grip at all!

it's like it cant connect it or it cant be used with the magnetic grapple.

I tried jumping and then pressing the triangle button wich makes her throw it and it just cant.

It's soo annoying.

Sorry, I didn't understand what you were asking at first. On the PSP, apparently you have to press D-Pad Left/Right to cycle through the HUD icons until the grapple is highlighted, then Triangle to use it, Square to release it. There's that extra layer of having to select it that isn't in the PC/PlayStation game. (Hope that helps.)
