All you have to do is preach the word of God and if you get persecuted then you are blessed. "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." (Matt. 5:10) ~ "persecute" also means "drive away, to pursue (in a hostile manner), in any way whatever to harass or trouble."
I know you have to make do with what you have, but it's best when you go to a place like that to preach (where a big crowd might gather, and you know opposition might be there) It's best to have about 3-4 men (Big Men) to stand in front of the preacher for crowd control, thats what we do, and it cuts down on all that foolishness, of having some little punk, trying to get attention, by hindering the man of God, while he's delievering the Gospel message! Keep on preaching brother...preach,preach!!
All these "street preachers" are just sick pieces of shit who enjoy yelling at strangers, they use religion as their excuse to gratify their sadistic pleasure. Yelling is a form of violence.
Jeeez. I unfortunately grew up forced to go to a church with people like that.
The preacher needs to get a tshirt that doesnt make him look like a fag, and smoke a joint or two. Then he might realize that yelling and trying to cram the bible down people's throat doesn't work. Never has, never will. Its people like him that have driven me away from church.
