@DizzyMan24 Have you ever considered the possibility that there are other types of airsoft games out there than the "spray and pray" war games that most of you are used to. This person may be playing a Japanese airsoft game based on competitive target shooting where he is required to costume himself as a competitive target shooter including the ear protection just as you war gamers have to dress up as soldiers. I myself have not moved much beyond backyard and indoor plinking with airsoft yet.

@CoralSnakeUSA yes, i know, i played airsoft with my friends, and i was th only one using an airsoft gun, everyone else had a paintball gun.

i was just saying, airsoft guns are not loud, nor are they even that dangourous, unless your trying to hurt your self. Beside if i had played a full on airsoft match, i would probably spray every which way, hopeing i would hit someone...

Man, this gun would be awesome in movies. You can add in gunshot effects in post-production, and the shell ejection would help to sell the shot if the actor/actress does a little recoil every shot. Plus it'd be a lot safer/cheaper to use than a blank firing gun.
