Oh I see, ur going by ur own "definitions" of what constitutes "chemical weapons", "WMDs", "laws of war" and other such nagging points...how interesting! For a sec I thought u were going by what's written in the Geneva Conventions & other similar international agreements [sarcasm]. Oh brother. Whatever floats ur boat dude. Now that you bring up Geneva convention, the use of white phosphorus against population is definitely against the geneva convention(please go and look it up)so torture prison,and civilian rape all which US military has committed. what you have seen on TV is only small percentage of the actual brutalities,wait until the war is over then they will show to the whole world how a super power with all it's might and power lost the war in disgrace despite all it's brutalities.

I was being sarcastic about the burning gunpowder quip BTW. What do u think makes those bullets fly throught the air, electromagnetism? Since we're talking the GCs, okay, which specific Convention, and Part, and Article is WP covered under? Answer: None. Try: 1980 UN Conventions on Certain Conventional Weapons; Protocol III. How about u brush up on ur research before acting all CSI Iraq. As for me, I don't need TV for info, got inside info ;)
