  • Another gift from white american liberals and obama.

  • @manimgoindowndown you're an idiot.

  • woa the guy just asked if you WANTEDDD a private screening. it literally was holy shit people at 6:45 wowwww haaa queer ass TSA. damn

  • that statement he made will definelty be on bumper stickers a t shirts world wide. and also a childrens TV show based off the DONT TOUCH MY JUNK BRO video. fucking retarted blonde she needs my cock in her mouth instead of getting paid to be on tv. i look better fuck.

  • notice how the ppl that pat you down for this intrusive behaviour is usually retarded looking overwieght geneticall impaired, freaks,,look at em,,,they just want to perve

  • This is about standing up to tyanny! John Tyner is a hero!

  • All the intelligent, high-paid minds in this country and its come to some slob running his hands over your junk

  • who is this anchor (the blond female)?

  • So as your crippled plane spirals to the ground after the bomb goes off and it is about to impact the ground at terminal velocity; won't your last thought be that it was a bit foolish that you didn't let a gloved hand touch your scrotum in a non-sexual way for a fraction of a second? Get over your sexual paranoia America.

  • @codystrum May you chains rest lightly on your shoulders

  • @codystrum you americans need to get over your terrorist paranoia

  • @codystrum FALSE CHOICE

    .

The actual choice is the 100% odds of being sex-groped by an SA stranger, or the 0.000000001% odds of dying at the hands of a terrorist (about the same odds as being hit by a rock falling from space). I would rather choose the latter, then the indignity of sexual asaault

    .

You see I don't cower in fear of unlikely events. Neither should you. The truth is that you will probably die how 99.99% Americans die: heart attack, cancer, or car accident

    .

  • @codystrum And the TSA missing 60-100% of guns in tests gives you a sense of protection? And the fact that airport employees go through no screening makes you think that airports are secure fortresses?

  • shepard is the only good thing about fox news

  • This all resulted...because John has a small penis...

  • In a free country, there's more potential and possibility for people with ill intentions to do harm. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm perfectly okay with that. I'd rather accept the dangers of a free country than be absolutely safe and live in an unfree country.

  • notice how she was totally against him from the beginning but when she saw his face and his confidence she let it go and was totally on his side lol

  • WHAT IF A 13 YEAR OLD CARRIES A BOMB,OR A 15 YEAR OLD OR 17 YEAR, TELL ME WHAT IS THE AGE FOR NOT CARRYING A BOMB.YOU CAN ASK THEM IF I AM EXPOSED TO ANY MUTATION THEN I AM GONNA SUE YOU BUT YOU CANNOT PREVENT THEM FOR A SECURITY CHECK

  • Follow the rules -- read my posting --- Sorry there has to be rules for everyone safety -- they might be a pain but u have to follow them -- If u dont like it -- go threw the proper channels to change them

  • Follow the rules -- read my posting ---

  • Seth Berenzweig? Yup definitely Jewish XD

  • Wow . Okay they do have this right!! Either you fly or you dont, if you do, you comply with the rules, if you do not, then simple: you dont fly

SIMPLE, IF YOU WANT TO USE OR GET ON THE PLANE THEN FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS, IF NOT YOU DONT FLY..

The government is not FORCING ANYONE TO be naked or be touched.

They are simply stating that IF you do WANT to fly, you follow the rules

  • @MrDaLegendz Whats next, if I want to drive my car I have to be groped or screened? According to the Parents For Safe Teen Driving website, 2 million Americans have been killed in car wrecks in the last 100 years. According to the PBS website, 138 people die annually in plane crashes. Even if we multiply that number by 100 years, we only get 138,000. Far less than 2 million. So shouldn't we be screening drivers and passengers since driving is far more dangerous than flying?

  • @Fafnir0222 Your math sucks #lolz

  • squarecnix.. You like guys touching your penis? Well that explains a lot! I bet you fly all the time, just for the free feel up! But hey don't worry it's ok to be gay, just don't expect everyone else to feel the same... Can't believe this is fox news, very strange.

  • @squarecnix At least the penis went untouched, wittle boy

  • @bloodguzzler lmao "went untouched"

  • @squarecnix

No one gives a shit? ITS STILL A MAJOR ISSUE! But you dont care do you? If a fucker touches my dick, because they think im a fucking terrorist, the 95 year old woman who had to remove her diaper and have and invases search done because she could be a terroist, or what about the 5 year old? NO ONE GIVES A SHIT? BULL FUCKING SHIT!

  • Yesterday, June 7, my 15-year-old daughter and I were "randomly chosen" for a full body scan. We complied, but after my daughter was screnned, she was detained and I was told there was something "wrong" with the image. They insisted on a pat down and I went ballistic and screamed and yelled and called people names, but it did no good. They patted her down and I could have walloped someone. It is SO wrong. Even criminals are told what crime they committed and they also get the Miranda.

  • None of this would happen if our borders were secure!!!

  • Glad to see there are some news reporters that arent pushing the "keeping us safe" propaganda. Lets see.. maybe 30% of the airports have these... so dont you thing someone that wanted to cause harm, would simply go to an airport with the scanner?? Obviously if they want us to believe they are smart enough to pull off 9-11, they could figure this out pretty easy. It has nothing to do with anything but breaking the Americans people will... i believe that guy in Germany did this in the 30's

  • I got put in jail once. And flying on a plain is similar, but not "that similar" but I had NO RIGHTS OR BELONGINGS when I was in jail. On a plane or comming up to a plane I could have brought ANYTHING with me. Airlines should just choose the pasangers that concent. I suggest role reversal.

  • I got put in jail once. And flying on a plain is similar, but not "that similar" but I had NO RIGHTS OR BELONGINGS when I was in jail. On a plane or comming up to a plane I could have brought ANYTHING with me. Airlines should just choose the pasangers that concent.

  • wow what news channel is this? I'm not from us obviously, but those guys drilled the government official proper! I would of asked him if he's been through one, or whether he's exempt, though they got the rest... Did you see that little weasel just spouting from the script! Dirty fat little robot! I'll never visit america, no offence to the public, but fuck this shit! World wide revolution people! We can't stand for this bullshit!

  • @snaz27 This is the Fox News Channel.

  • Again... yourselves. And there is the catch that is has been demonstrated that explosives can be smuggled past backscattering x-ray. Which is the main reason Israeli don't use it. It just doesn't work. And excuses that we can't do better with current technology are hollow. Combination of a metal detector and a bomb sniffing dog is more effective. It's that exact combination that is used in war zones and regions that suffer frequent terrorist attacks.

  • Ups... I missed "an expensive suit". And don't kid yourselfs. Those devices pose health threat. They are low powered but they concentrate on the skin. Medical x-ray is more powerful but it goes through your body which has more mass than just the skin. Also skin is very radiation sensitive organ. If sun light can cause skin cancer why shouldn't this? Even if the risk for an individual is negligible what happens when you consider millions and millions of people? And it's cumulative.

  • Have you ever been to Israel? They don't use those machines and there are bombings practically every day. They use bomb sniffing dogs. You can be pat down and they are not exactly gentle but you have to fit the profile of a terrorist and give them the wrong answers first. They have people outside of an airport that observe and tip off suspicious people because crowd inside is a soft target. The probability that they will stop Caucasian male in a expensive looking business suit is negligible.

  • @LACraig621 Have you heard of the 4th amendment?

  • After the death of Bin laden and the increased security alerts jerks like John Tyner look even more silly complaining about being checked therowly.

  • "If you touch my junk I'll.... probably buy you a drink and ask for your phone number."

  • This is what we get for allowing every scum born on American soil be a citizen, so deal with it you little bitch.

  • hes a patriot fighting for the freedom that america doesnt have anymore

  • The prick should just stay his ass at home if he dont want to go to the motions. He planned this TSA encounter just to get his dumb ass on tv.

  • @LACraig621 `or maybe it was because he wanted to go to his destination without having to drive...

  • @Nikon05 Then he should`nt bitch, everyone flying is trying to do the same thing. If they all were like him nobody would fly because TSA would have to pacify every little prick that wants special treatment.

  • @LACraig621 hes a patriot. the only person willing to fight for americas freedom

  • @Nikon05 Your an idiot.

  • @LACraig621 you spelled you're wrong. and you sir are the idiot for bending over and letting your government buttfuck you. enjoy nazi america you tool. good to see your troops are all giving their lives for nothing. you should be ashamed of yourself

  • @Nikon05 Your just a coward ass prick who needs something to complan about, you probably complain about waiting in line at your favorite gay bar.

  • @LACraig621 haha. ok you're just some troll obviously. How am I a coward? Im not even american, thankfully. That makes it easier to see the flaws though. enjoy ur shitty government gayboy

  • @Nikon05 Your complaining about a task that protects Americans from terrorism and your a foreigner?, and you call me a Troll? Your probably a terrorist yourself upset that you can`t get your homemade bomb on a plane because the TSA`s doing their job. So blow your yourself insted of an American plane Percy.

  • @LACraig621 I've lived in America and have american relatives dumbass. you're a foreigner to me as well just so u know. most americans are against the TSA and want their rights back. this right here is domestic terrorism, they're going around feeling up people and subjecting them to dangerous bodyscans. Where is the real threat. God you are blind

  • @Nikon05 Yeah numnuts, but you know this video is in the U.S shithead. And who cares where your from? Just stay there.

  • @LACraig621 you care where im from obviously, since you're the one that brought it up. didnt you hear me say my family is american? nevermind, its like talking to a child. you should grow a pair and stand up for yourself like the rest of america

  • @Nikon05 Where ever youre from they must have a lotta cases of mental illness, because i never ask you where youre from nor do i care. Youre obviously suffering fom A.D.D. because it was you who responded and continues to respond to my comments. Don`t you know when youre getting owned loser?, So leave America alone, because it`s clear youre jealous that youre not American and will never be, so go tend to the cows and chickens in your third world country, or Canada lol.

  • @LACraig621 third world country? getting owned? haha. keep dreamin kid, enjoy getting jacked off everytime you go on a plane homo

  • @Nikon05 I bet now you want the TSA to do therow checks and searches, don`t you asswipe?

  • @LACraig621 You sir are a fuckin moron/sheep, even if he was doing it to get on t.v so fuckin what he is stating a point. Go be a sheep have them spank you with their staffs.

  • @MIKEAGGAN If you don`t wann be searched stay yor dumb ass home. Even a retard like you should even understand this.

  • John Tyner is a hero!

  • @whitebluebug John Tyner`s a fagg.

  • I said it as a joke and I was not expecting it to be so big.....(Thats why I had my Cameria on) FTW

  • The blue shirts of the TSA have replaced the brown shirt of the Third REICH! This is the beginning of tyrrany, and if we don't stop it here and now, it will only get worse. They're converting the U.S. Constitution into toilet paper, and rendering it meaningless. The forefathers knew what tyrannical behavior was, so they wrote the constitution to expressly prohibit it, and outline our God given Rights.

  • **Janet Napolitano needs to catch a bullet** so if i dont wanna get my DNA ripped apart by the powerful x-ray waves in the scanners or get fondled by some random guy in a cheap uniform...i get fined $10,000?...I think its funny they set up all this security at airports like thats all every terrorist is going to use to kill anyone after 9-11, people need to wake up and see no matter how many ridiculous security hoops they make us jump threw if someone wants to harm the U.S they'll find a way.

  • Liberal government this liberal government that, there's just no hiding the agenda any more is there?!?!?!

  • you're right and I apologise for the comment cause you've better explained it yourself. I cannot assume that an entire nation agrees with the irresponsible actions from TSA.

  • you're right and I apologise for the comment cause you've better explained it yourself.

  • total shame on america

  • @alfarho77 I love this comment. It assumes that most Americans are for this crap. I'm an American and this video is comprised of American television. Tyner was a very strong example of what a lot of us already felt. Try amending the statement. Total shame on TSA for even trying this. There's always been a bomb threat, but it's no more a threat now than it was pre-9/11. They keep stepping up security for seemingly no reason. No one I know agrees that TSA is in the right here.

  • @CatOnFire you're right and I apologize for the comment cause you've better explained it yourself. I cannot assume that an entire nation agrees with the irresponsible actions from TSA.

  • full body scanners are a no no. either govt. get to see you naked, or touch you naked. oh and btw 90 percent of the people dont have to do this. its alienation, exposure, and humiliation for some. stupid. not a single bomb artifact found in the ten years since 9-11 but omg lets enhance security. notice that even the 9-11 guys would get through these scanners because guess what they used for the bomb?! engine FUEL. they didnt bring a bomb on a plane seriously yall get real this is stupid.

  • "What if it were your 13 year old daughter?"

bla bla under the age of 12..

    "THAT'S WHY I SAID 13"

    lolled.

  • @Inszz Children of ANY age are NOT exempt form TSA pat downs and scanners. it's in the TSA website, and it was the statement made by big sis. Proof?

just google TSA gropes 6 year old.

  • Stop flying. This will quickly put an end to this bs.

  • What bothers me most is the end of John Tyner's video. He has a right to refuse to be scanned, groped, and if that is indeed the the requirement to fly, not to fly. The men who tried to make him go back in and submit once he had declined to fly are the scariest. I was pulled out of line for the full body scan to fly about two years ago in Tampa. I submitted because I was escorting a handicapped man on the flight and could not abandon him. I will not fly again until this stops.

  • I love this guy. He made a statement and took a stand, everyone else should do the same!!! If you think this invasive practice of shoving their hands down our pants is TRULY saving you from terror attacks you're sorrily mistaken. Subjecting yourself to molestation out of fear of the mythical terrorists running rampant in our airports is simply insane. WAKE UP PEOPLE.

  • Wow, Fox came down on the right side of this.

  • I have a good question for you Seth, a few months back a 7 yr old boy had that pat down on him and TSA felt his junk. Is that sexually molesting on a minor?? Even if that child goes through the body scanner, isn't that child Pornagraphy?? What if a Gay male or woman gets groped, thats called Gay Bashing and they can sue TSA.

  • @mustafaopw If the child is 18 or less, it causes problems because they canNOT have the scanner because they are a minor

  • He says that under the age of 13 are exempt? SORRY I've seen people horrified as children are put through the machines, and groped by grown ass adults. We don't even know the long term effects of sonograms yet, what the hell are people thinking allowing this kind of crap.

Some terrorist ruins it for all of us and now people in prison have more rights than the American citizens in the land of the "FREE" and the home of the "BRAVE."

There is always a choice. Choose not to fly.

  • This guy must have a pathetically small penis.

  • @vizulefllry or a big dick and he doesn't want to be fondled by a gay guy

  • I understand your dilemma, but I don't understand how your flying problem differs greatly then, lets say, a family flying from New York to Florida. Everyone has to go through these security measures because its for the safety of everyone. I personally don't think the government is going to repeal it. Because if they do and another person tries to board a plane with a bomb hidden in an area they used to check, the first thing the people are going to do is complain to the government again.

  • I get the impression that this guy entered the airport with the intention of causing a scene. He knew the machines were there and he HAD to have known that if he refused the scanner he would be subject to a pat down. He even turned on his phone's recorder to capture the moment. No, I have a feeling this guy planned this all out and proceeded to the airport without intending to even get on a plane in the first place.

  • @TheCommissar15 And your point is what? That the government should be allowed to molest my kids?

  • @DigitalFumino My point is, is that there is a right way to point out that something needs to be changed and a wrong way to point out that something needs to be changed and this man, in my opinion, chose the wrong way.

No I do not think that the government should be allowed to "molest" your kids, but hey, you're the one bringing your kids to them, the government isnt forcing you to go to the airport. If you don't like it drive or just don't go especially if you care for your children that much

  • @TheCommissar15 The thing is, I live in Alaska, and the only way in and out of my town is by airplane. Now these are small airplanes, but we have to use the bigger ones in order to visit family down in Oregon. There are also many other people who are in the same situation as me. There has also been tons of reports, and they are ignored, getting the media involved, helped get state Governor's involved, and now they are filing complaints as well and they will not be able to ignore them like us.

  • @TheCommissar15

    fuck, you're intelligent

and this affects the facts, how?

  • @ColonPatrol It doesnt affect the facts, not unless it can be proven beyond a doubt that this man entered the airport just to cause a scene. Until then the facts stay as they are.

  • @TheCommissar15 i believe you, he must of just wanted to make a scene, or try to expose them, but we all knew what you have to do when you go to an airport with the tsa

  • @qumc Yeah its a hassle, you'll get no argument from me there. I just bothers me that people bash tsa for just doing their job. You don't see people arguing with the clerks at gas stations because of the prices of gas, people just suck it up and fork over the cash. In my opinion the people of tsa are something like heroes. A call was made and these people answered, whether they liked it or not, they answered because they're just like the rest of us. They have families to feed and bills to pay.

  • John Tyner, you are a real hero with a backbone and guts!!! I hope you get a job working for the CIA because you got balls!!!

  • @virtuespenumbra women and children are not exempt. Check the other videos of 3 yo girl being patted down by TSA and 7 yo boy being stripped searched to his waist. women being groped as well...

  • what about the people who land in the us from other continents. this is unacceptable

  • You don't have to fly if you don't want to?! What about people who have to fly as a part of their job?

And why are woman and children and exempt and not men? Doesn't make any sense to me.

  • 13:05 to 14:00 total pwnage to the lawyer. shepard 1 lawyer 0

  • keep voting conservative governments you dumbasses to have your balls felttt.....this disgraceful...asd if US custom guys are not big enough idots as it is

  • If people under 12 are exempt, then why did the TSA search a 3 year old and strip searched a young boy in full view of everyone in the airport?

  • wow. it seems they are really desperate to touch his junk.

  • he didn't want to do it cuz he had a tiny penis...

  • This guy is a terrorist and a traitor to the safety of the United States and should be treated as an enemy combatant, tried in a military court, and then executed. If you don't have anything to hide, such as bombs, then the new TSA procedures should not give you cause to worry. He is obviously a terrorist and was trying to sneak a bomb or some other weapon onto the plane.

  • @UncleFesterius You are obviously a liberal who doesn't care about privacy.

  • @rustyshackleford1996 I'm just repeating what people like you said when the NSA started their warrantless wire taps under George W. Bush. The same people who are claiming this new TSA rigmarole violates their rights were the same that said that warrantless wire taps didn't. I was just troll baiting and you took the bait. Congratulations. If you consider Dr. Ron Paul to be a liberal then I guess you are correct in labeling me a liberal as well. I'd rather be liberal than a Nazi Youth like you

  • @UncleFesterius No. The government is no different than any other entity. My personal rights can't be violated by a private entity in this manner, nor can they be by the federal government. It's wrong. I physically don't have a problem with being patted down but ethically and legally, I have a SERIOUS problem with it. The airports should hire private security companies that would do a more efficient job than government officials would, and have to follow the law. The fed's should not be in this

  • @dwatts64 Firstly, the U.S. government is not a corporation, despite how you neo-cons are treating it, and it is thus not an entity. The government of the United States of America is of the people, by the people, for the people. Secondly, there is nothing ethically or legally wrong with being patted down by those authorized to do so or the police of our country would have had a lot of problems doing their jobs. Thirdly, thank you for taking the troll bait, TROLL.

  • That seth guy is retarded I am going on a famiyl vacation in may I have to fly unles I want to baot then drive for days to get to were im going an in no way sdo I wanna subject my self to somthign that not even my country does Im from Canada an in the province I live in we dont do that I dont even think they do it anywere in canada so really I dont think i should be subject to it im not a terrorist i donthave underwear bombs im just going to california with my family.an really anyone above 13 ew

  • Anyone have a dartboard I could put Janet Napolitano's face on?

  • The underwear bomber did get through you fucking idiot lawyer. They are biologically marking us. There is technology to write on the iron in our joints and bones. They are data-mining everyone and now they have them at the courthouse. Soon you will all be required to go to renew your drivers licenses and get marked. Everyone can be tracked after this, next they will put v-chips in children. It may not mark now but will evolve into a tagging machine.

  • these conditions are NOT reasonable.

  • its been proven and documented that the naked body scanners dont even detect explosive powders and bomb making material

this is one of the biggest scams ever

our federal government has been hijacked by corporate special interests that see no boundaries and only want more power

these scans and patdowns dont make us safer

all it does is teach the average person how to be a prisoner or a slave

wake up people and read how al qaeda was created by the cia in the 80's. documented facts!

  • I have friends that are X-ray techs that say these machines can cook your man eggs slightly.

  • @mannhorn34 You said: "I have friends that are X-ray techs that say these machines can cook your man eggs slightly." Can this sperm-radiation cause a biological change in our DNA over time? I say YES!

  • The guy involved in 911 was a non-American, and now we are punishing Americans for all this? You can't just touch someone's private parts! Don't give up your own rights!

It's kinda like that someone in your neighborhood who was selling illegal drugs or something, and then they say we gonna check the whole neighborhood for cocaine. Even though it;s only 1 person.

  • wow i just thought about it , imagine a security guard touching ur girl friend , mom or sister like that

  • 9/11 was a inside job. these guys are pervs that like touching people. america the land of the perverted and stupid.

  • ahahahah fuck america the land of the free right. now if a brown person did not want the pat down then he would go to guantamino bay. freedom right...

  • @crazykeyman Yes, in a situation of precaution, I am willing to give up my rights to be searched. I have no problem nor nothing to hide. Do you? Does he?... TSA might think that otherwise. That is why people are search, for safety

  • @mosca2001a

"They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."

"The strictest law sometimes becomes the severest injustice."

    Benjamin Franklin

This whole slippery slope BS is ridiculous, "what does he have to hide?" Nothing, he has nothing to hide it has nothing to do with that. You're as nieve as a five year old, thank goodness you are not defending our freedoms. Or maybe you work for the TSA or Gov't?

  • @mosca2001a Perhaps since you have nothing to hide you would agree to having your home searched at the will of any police officer. It comes down to probable cause, and I believe you and I have different ideas about what that is.

  • @crazykeyman you're absolutely right, it's too bad people just do not understand true freedom... it's a sad thing to see.

  • @ThePeacefulResistor Agreed. I keep hearing William Wallace's speech in my head (although I am sure the speech is pure fiction) And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... OUR FREEDOM!

  • TSA = Training Slave America.

    TSA =TERRORIST SEXUAL ABUSE

  • What a great job for gay people, I'm sure all TSA people are gay. who else would want the job.

  • @TheRizzero The fact is it'd be so easy for me to tell you to grow a pair or call you any number of names, but I can sympathize with where you're coming from, and I want to give you the opportunity and initiative to go and seek out more information. For instance, did you know that Michael Chertoff, the former Head of Homeland Security, pushed for these shiny $150,000 Rapiscan machines at every airport, and no less than a month later went on-

  • Have they caught a single terrorist?

  • Small price to pay not to be blown to smithereens mid flight. I admit that growing up has little, if anything, to do with it. Despite the fact that he should have educated himself with the possible security measures. Rules and regulations are not for mere amusement, and they are implemented because of history. If I was ever in battle and my life depended on this kid to do the right thing for the safety of the unit.... I would turn his phone on, smile at the camera, and then tie him up.

  • What a wussy. Grow up.

  • @TheRizzero What growing does one eed to do, just because they don't want their testicals touched to get on na airplane?

  • @TheRizzero Why don't YOU grow up. And read your history better. This kind of criminalizing of absolutely everyone instills fear in reactionary knuckle-heads such as yourself and presages every fascist regime in history. Whoever trades freedom for security deserves neither. And lastly, you are PARANOID thinking that every average American is a potential terrorist.

  • @USRefugee Oh yeah, we should only check terrorist for bombs! ha! No. A non discriminating procedure is called for. You're a hipster moron implying that fascist regime's are born from precautionary flight measures involving 625,000 people a day. Also, if you would please educate yourself to realize that not everyone who flies is an average American, little alone an American. Yeah it sucks that we get our nuts checked, but it's a miracle and a privilege that we even get to use this technology.

  • @TheRizzero "Senators! Dellow felegates! In response to this direct threat to the Republic, mesa propose, that the Senate give immediately emergency powers to the Supreme Chancellor!"

    kekeke

  • @manguy01 I love Star Wars, and I would normally credit ANY quote lol.... but Jar Jar? lol Funny shit.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheRizzero that is so true

  • @ColonPal I disagree with the measures being taken, therefore I am becoming a part of the discussion. Again, you just regurgitate the same old offhanded insults strewn throughout a paragraph reeking of hot-headed emotion. You can quite easily research what I've said: look up 'naked body scanner radiation', 'TSA stores naked images', 'risk of dieing from terrorism', and the '4th and 10th amendment'. On the contrary, there's not one definable fact you've said which I could go and research, -

  • @ColonPal with perhaps the exception of contract law. I haven't agreed to anything and neither has my congress, making that part of the problem. In any case, security measures have everything to do with my rights when that "security" is being used as a bludgeon to take them away. And as for metal detectors, I don't have the worry of a questionable organization comprised of minimum wage workers dosing me with radiation or some stranger sticking their hands on my girlfriend's, my little sister's -

  • @ColonPal or my groin (and forbid the fact that they might stick their hands inside our pants). It's quite simple what my stance is; I'm against -actual- weapons and bombs on a plane, but I'm not willing to go so far as to let the government commit something that would be labeled sexual assault if it happened on the street. You may want to live in bubble wrap, but I don't, so I'm speaking out. Also, you fail to realize the very considerable differences between a TSA agent and a doctor: -

  • Comment removed

  • @ColonPal one has 8 years of schooling and probably considerable credentials as well, and the other has-next to nothing; one I only need to go and see maybe once every few years (and far fewer times to receive an MRI, if ever), and the other I might have to deal with on a weekly or even daily basis depending on what livlihood I have. You see, it's not as simple for everyone as opting not to buy a plane ticket in order to avoid having their rights impeded upon because some people -have- to fly. -

  • @ColonPal It's funny also that you accuse me of fear mongering, because the only fear mongers I see are the TSA and some parts of my government. Things get done when people voice their dissent and complain about things they don't like. Simple as that. Calling it 'whining' is unjust, and I could just as easily label what you're saying about people's dislike of these measures whining and bitching. Next, you bring nothing to the table fact or argument wise. You assert your opinions, and that's it.

  • @Ixandius -- And what have you asserted? NOTHING BUT WHINING!

  • @ColonPal People have a right to be concerned because not only do these measures violate our forth amendment right, but also arguably our tenth. There is also a huge controversy over whether or not the amount of radiation these machines dose us with is much higher than what the TSA claims. As it stands, they've already lied about these machines storing naked images. But even if we put aside the fact it violates our rights, the fact that they've been caught lying before, or the fact that-
