working for asian companies are better, to my experience. they treat employees like parts of the family, and taking well care of them, mostly. though the salary base is lower, but would be alright if you stay in that employing country. this vdo is very sentimental. pray for all of you.

@lookatthis123 Companies close all the time without prior notice.. He can send employees home if there isn't a job there anymore. One day all the employees at the Olympia Tony Roma's restaurant showed up to a note on a locked door stating that it was out of business. Nothing could be done as the company couldn't pay them to work anymore, so there was no reason for them to work there.
If u work for ACS then you will suffer the consequences !!!

oh, one last thing...these jobs are now overseas where workers are:
1. actually do less chit chat and more work.
2. are MORE professional.
3. workers take pride in their jobs.
4. dont complain as much as american workers do.
5. a happier persona.
6. and the "kudos" goes on...
sorry guys, but these call center jobs are gone and theyre not coming back here. $17 up an hour against $ 3 to 4 an hour, do the math...
