This song, along with Street Spirit from Radiohead are the only songs that make my eyes water. The melodies, the ethereal atmosphere, that guitar solo, and most of all the lyrics just resonate with me so much. A curse for this town... All the bakers at dawn, may they all cut their thumbs... The good life I might be doomed never to find... I would have danced like the king of the eyesores and the rest of our lives would fare well. All fantastic lyrics.

However when I read the lyrics, my eyes started glistening. Specially the first sentence, and "Im looking in on the good life I might be doomed never to find." What a truly special song.
