  • Sorry Anthony, you are no Alec Guiness.

  • I met him at fan expo. He is really really really nice guy. I got a pic with him =]

  • I'm surprised C3P0 in the prequels was still a guy in a costume and not a CGI character, since pretty much every other non-human character is CGI!

  • C3PO:DID YOU HEAR THAT?

R2D2: OVER YOUR CONSTANT WHINING AND WORRYING? NO 3PO I DIDN'T HEAR IT, I DIDN'T HEAR A DAMN THING!

  • He´s great. Simply great =)

  • @SuperAnime4life if you do some reading, and look up some stuff on kenny baker, you'll find out that anthony daniels was quite an arrogant piece of shit

  • @lazer59882 blah blah blah little man like u would know & like i would care

  • @SuperAnime4life lol. stupid faggot. intentionally shunning knowledge. but then what should i expect from a fucking anime fan.

  • @lazer59882 He still is, I saw him at the 02, last weekend (13th Aug) and tried to see if he would sign a Star Wars painting I did. He blanked me and did not consider doing backstage signings.

  • wow 2 houers the iron man mark 3 suit onley take 30 minuets

  • wouldn't "the force" be illogical for the droids, i thought they always say "thank the creator"

  • so funny!

  • Umm... it depends.

Lord of the Rings Shire is read like 'fire',

but Yorkshire is more commonly read 'beer'.

As a general rule though, the more common way is to pronaunce it like 'beer', but either way is acceptable I think. I think upper class people say it like 'fire', but since they're now in the minority you probably won't hear anyone talking like that.

Don't worry, I'm always happy to explain my home and its strange ways ;)

  • Yes and no...

He does have what foreigners would call a 'british' accent, but the fact is there are many many British accents. Country, Scouser, Cockney, Northern etc. etc.

He has a sort of well developed Southern accent that most people associate with the English.

    So short answer is yes.

And he definitely doesn't sound American :P
