I just wear jeans, Sneakers or Uggs, t-shirt and a sweatshirt... Even if it is like 20 degrees out. I seriously can't stand it if it's hot out or something. I only wear a coat if it is really windy.

Cotton does not wick moisture away - it absorbs moisture almost like a sponge. This is a bad piece of advice! Always use a tight polypropylene or polyester shirt to wick the moisture away, and never use cotton on any of your layers!
