The guy and his girlfriend (this is just a hunch) were driving and they guy is drunk and is on the train tracks, and they get hit and BOTH die, the girl has forgiven him and wants to move on to the afterlife, but the guy doesn't forgive himself and can't remember what happened the day before and their both stuck in a never ending loop until he forgives himself and they other ones were it's a fire, plain crash, and them...all unforgiven deaths which means never ending loop. hope this helped, LIKE

@zaynabali8 Well there multiple ways to interperate that meaning, either she meant he is also dead and can't cross over because of the guilt he has, or he didn't die but his guilt over what happened keeps bringing him back to her to "apologise" or it's like he's trapped there with her cause he keeps reliving what happened in his mind.
