  • Truly an inspiring story and video, we have P90X sessions at our school for strength training class, in freshman year(two years ago) I was in the class for 1 semester and I could not only see results, I felt a lot healthier. Unfortunately during the year after diff problems, and stress made it difficult to stay on track with health. I gained 35 Lb and started to notice I felt really unhappy with my body and decided I need to change, for my friends and myself. This will definitely help me, Thanks

  • @spartan1010101 P90X is amazing and does change your body but the effect it has on your mind and what you can accomplish is amazing.. P90X was the spark of a new better life for me.. Get at it bro, give it your all and you will get back on track in no time.. Let me know if you need help, contact me on facebook.. Good luck and bring it!

  • Hi

Question: Did you've used all the supplements in the diet?

I will begin p90x next week, but i'm from Brazil and the supplements similar to the one in the p90x diet are very expensive, except the protein bars and whey.

    Thank you!

  • @samaelmusic My first round of P90X i only used a whey protein supplement along with a very clean diet and followed a lot of the nutrition guides meals.. But now i use shakeology and results and recovery.. But if your asking do you HAVE to have them to get great results the answer is no...

  • @XtremeCoachKevin

    Thanks!

  • ive been doing p90x for 1 month ive lost 12 pounds but i cant notice it really. i got on the scale and saw my results and i was so happy! after 30 days i cant wait to get on it again at day 45 or 60!! i love p90x!! (:

  • @taylorgp1234 Awesome, also make sure you take pictures that's the best way to notice the change.. Keep up the hard work...

  • @XtremeCoachKevin yeah i didnt take picutres on day 1 but i did on day 15 which no real results had happend yet. just got done with my workout not to long ago it was great! Cant wait till day 90!!! Thanks too

  • @wormmy158 Thank you.

  • Nice job! keep it up!

  • If you have nothing good to say don't say it at all. It will be deleted if you choose to be negative...

  • @Sowyet Charming.

  • music goes perfect with it man

  • @P90XWEEKLY Thank you

  • You did such an amazing job with you and your beautiful wife! You know, videos like this make me happy. They make me believe that everyone can change only if he/she wants to. Make ME want to change for better. Actually I'm really between 2 programs - P90X and INSANITY. As I noticed INSANITY is all about cardio and of course has a lot of strength training. And I don't know. I don't think I can keep up with the hundreds pull ups and push ups in P90X. I can barely do 5 pull ups and 10 push ups...

  • @suckerka01 Thank you for the kind words. Both programs have there place, I am a huge fan of P90X because its really a total package type of program. Whats great about P90X is that you can modify all moves. You have to start some where. When i first started P90X I used a chair to assist with pull ups.

Insanity is a lot of cardio but the workouts are so engaging and fun you forget how hard you are working. Its really a great program also. Contact me at the links below my video, I will help you.

  • @suckerka01 do both bro!!! im doing a doubles schedule with Insanity as the cardio workouts!

  • @Turok676 Yeah that's what I do now. Take the best of both worlds. Plus I also use Insanity asylum. Soon P90X2 will be here.....

  • @XtremeCoachKevin everything to the next level there lol cant wait to reach that level, thank you for the inspiration!

  • @Turok676 I can't make a schedule. I'd be happy if you help me out with this one. I'm not very familiar with fitness and don't know when and how should I train and which groups of muscles. I don't want to pull something. It happened to me 2 years ago and I still feel some pain. That's basically why I stopped working out/training and gained a lot of weight. :|

  • @suckerka01 sure thing bro, just hit me up in a private message and we can figure something out!

and in that case first I'd recommend seeing the doc before you do anything just to make sure that you've healed up from that strain or sprain

  • Holy shit bro your inspirational

  • @ZawShin Thank you

  • You are truly inspirational.

  • @CEOofMcDonalds Thank you

  • nice, i am on day 3, i cant move ... my body is in pain.

  • @ninjaassasin4 Thanks Keep it up. The pain is normal, lets you know its working. Make sure you are recovering correctly using the right supplements. • @fivefingerbp98 Thank you, I will.

  • Cool Kev. What kinda place are u holding ur fit club?

  • @johncfl Its actually a restaurants dance floor.

  • hey im on the 4th week of the program but im not seeing much results. i cant follow the diet that well because im only 17 and i cant cook. im seeing a little bit of results on my arms and i havent missed a workout. i try eating as much protein as i can and i tossed away the junk food. what am i doing wrong?

  • @blayx Week 4 is still early in the program honestly. The nutrition guide is critical to seeing results. Nutrition is 80%. So my first suggestion is do whatever it takes to follow the guide the best you can. Contact me at the facebook or website link below the video so we can get a better understanding of what you have been doing..

  • @blayx Don't forget to get your EFAs. Not to get off track w P90X, but check out the book, "Body for Life" at any bookstore for a very simple start to eating right (especially the one page table list) -- then look at the P90X guide. BFL is basically 40/40/20. 40% lean protein, 40% complex carbs, and 20% Essential Fatty Acids, plus water of course at every meal. It's only 15 pages and some additional info in the Q and A chapter. And you'll find all the basic bodybuilding secrets there.

  • @blayx Don't worry, man. The results start to show around the end of the second month. Keep at it.

  • Awesome job man.

  • @cashpath Thank you
