  • This kinda looks like it was put together with garden hoses and garden supplies :D

  • @AlphaNorcalli haha, and that's the 'pretty' side. :D

  • I bought from the same guy but mine came without the lens. And seller wouldn't return my messages. Any hints on where to pick up different lens for this nm. that fits that housing.??? Thats the only thing stopping mine basically...Thanks in Advance

  • @radridz3

Do you know that you can find a tiny lens on the weak laser diode of a DVD burner?

  • Hi guys, Sorry for the *late* reply. I am using a 400mw laser I bought off a dude from Turkey on eBay. Check with your local laws. Lasers of this power are not allowed to be imported into some countries. Cost me around $150 for the laser diode. But I now wish I had bought a more powerful unit.

  • Hello, I have a 3-axis CNC table, and I would also adapt a laser to cut sheets of styrene.

Can you tell me the specifications of

laser using? and how long you've been doing what you show in your video.

    thanks

  • @olever1 Hi Olever that is a 400mw laser diode and it takes a long time to cut . Expect to take longer than an hour for anything other than very small simple shapes.

What will you cut from styrene?

  • what would the laser do to human flesh ?

  • @Red97Avenger Bad Things

  • FUCKING SICK ! What brand laser are you using and whats the price tag on one of those bad boys ?

  • @SuperAlmac It can also do good things. CO2 lasers have been used in surgery for decades now and also skin repair by burning off bad skin problems.
