Thps2 has the best ratings ever. EVER. it has better ratings than gta iv (gta 4) and super mario games. Oh, and something un related, if you think project 8 sucks, try proving ground on the ps2. My god. It sucks cock, not ass. thats how bad it really is. It sucks and blows.

you are totally right, i remember completing this game over and over again just becasue it was just soooo great, but the new ones are just so commercial.my favourite level was the hander, i remember the first time i did all the goals in 2:00. and it has definately the best soundtrack of all time.

Ah, yes, I remember borrowing someone's cheatbook, and wrote down every code, you name it. The position start, sim mide, smooth mode, trippy colors, moon physics, jet pack mode, 100%, the whole 9. I remember having so much trouble geting every goal, because there was nothing in the manual saying anything about a bluntslide, that damn awning. I remembered wondering if the level skate heaven really existed, hearing rumors, and when I beat THPS2 100% fairly for the first time. Best game.

I loved screwing arround with the cheats. it was so fun. Ah, good times before the series wnt down the crapper. This game actually trailed Mario Galaxy, GTA4, and Ocarina of time in the ratings, with an average of 98%!!! I always wondered back then if the series would make it to it's 10th game. It's going to, but not the way I imagined. Even I quit buying the games. I was one of the few people that got Project 8. It sucks. Not as bad as American Wasteland. What a disgrace.
