Haven't the poor Khmer people been through enough evil hell already? They need a big dose of kindness over there and it isn't coming from there goverment.I'm going to stay a year there when I retire in 4 1/2 years and help.Just a small part of a big fix.But at least I will have done somthing very good.I'm not Khmer I am white American but I saw what was done to them when I was there.Broke my heart.

I love your comment, I just married a Khmer woman with two daughters , 12 and 11 .They also live in Phnom Penh, in process of bringing them to the states, I live in South Bend Indiana,.

i also in about 8 years plan on moving back to Cambodia with my wife and help the children as much as possible.

is this not exactly the same thing that merchants did to england in the 1800's when the rich guys kicked the paupers off the land to cultivate more export good...which ended up in higher peverty rates more poor and more crime which still goes on today as a result....please what can i do to help a very willing and concerned uk girl willing to raise money ect for cambodia
