I held a baby croc in QLD, possibly twice the size of the one in the vid. Strong little thing. Not sure about croc farms?? But split about them and whether they are morally redundant, but then I eat meat and wear leather shoes, and that's what cows are bred for.
Seen loads of Crocs on my trips from Pommie land to QLT and NT. They are an awsome creature. I love em.

That guy looked like a newbie with crocs but he has a nice gentle hold on that baby. Not like alot of idiots handling reptiles ive seen out there.
