This could be rather useful. You could use it to tell if a driver could be drunk, or angry by placing heart rate monitors in the steering wheel and seat. The facial expression could be used to warn oncoming drivers of the mood of the current driver. At least then they can swerve to avoid an accident if any erratic driving is involved. I like this idea, a lot.
