@sattysme not true at all. according to western medicine, this may be true. but these are not men of the west. there have been many cases of sungazers never needing food. the world is much more complex than one might think.

Is anyone else other than Sadhguru ever enlightened by following Isha Yoga methods?

There are advanced Isha yoga Programs, does that mean the basic programs are not good enough to attain enlightenment?

I agree with the health benefits of doing Yoga, I have never heard of anyone else getting enlightened other than the Guru.. which I believe is the purpose of Isha yoga
