please answer! im wanting to get into skate photography, and i was wandering do you have to have a lense to take pics or can you use the body, then buy a lense? probably a dumb question.
hi is there anyone here who is very rich???? please give me dslr camera,.. i really like it,... but i cant afford,... also my mom cant afford it coz she dont have a work,.. we're just earning money by selling vegetables,.. i really want to have a dslr camera,... please if anyone here is very rich and fortunate,... my heart is calling,.. please contact me in this email joey_perez143@yahoo.com or sms 09152867341 if you want to help me,... thank you in advance to the one who will help me GOD BLESS
DO ONLY BUY canon or nikon. they are the biggest brand and got the best lenses and pro cameras, for amature could a pentax or sony or whatever be better but if you wnat to upgrade and acctually go somewere with your photography. ones you have chosen a brand you also want to stick with it.
Did you just say the zoom lens for Nikkon and Canon are interchangeable? I was looking at buying one of the two and the zoom lens attachments were going to be bought after wards as I get more money over time.
If you're wondering about the advantages of shooting with an HD camera we have a video with Nigel Barker explaining the benefits of HD at /watch?v=CFJp71jP8ls.
okay, so you mentioned that you should choose a battery that better suites you. but you can purchase battery grips that can hold double a batteries and/or lithium ion batteries
I have a sony cybershot but it doesn't get a good shot when it's dark or sometimes the picture is blurred! I'm interested in DSLR is it easy to use? and what is the brand of the camera that I will get?
Please someone reply ob me! I'm not a photographer, just want to take a good quality pic.
well i messed around with a couple SLR cameras. ive decided to stick with a high quality advanced camera thats not a dslr/slr. ive decided on the new sony one, its like the Sony HX1.
hi guys. Actually i not much into photography but i was looking for a SLR to have sharp and good images. Although i can spend some ( not much) time to learn its features.. A friend of mine suggested me sony a200 SLR. Any of you have any idea about it cuz i m not a professional photographer but just want better images. Can anybody help? thnx
I go Canon, cuz they have a better focusing array. I think that's one of the reasons pros pick the Canon. Canon's high-precision CT (cross-type) sensor goes down to ƒ2.8 while the Nikons only go down to ƒ5.6. That means the center CT sensor in the Canon's Rebel is potentially more precise than even the CT sensors in the Nikon D3, Nikon's flagship DSLR. Don't believe me? Go read the specs!
its not irrelevant at all, its very important actually. The more MP a sensor has the smaller the pixels are. The smaller the pixels are, the more noise (grainy stuff) is introduced. This make shooting high ISO's very noisy, so low light performance is reduced. So, many times having more MP is actually bad. This is why companies are coming out w/ camera like the nikon d3/d700, canon 1ds mkIII/5dmk II/ and sony a900. These cameras are full-frame and have larger sensors, meaning bigger pixels :)
Well, they both create magnificent images, and the XT is 8 MP, so i believe your talking of either the XS or XTi .... Either way they are all great camera, and you just have to way up feature-set and price ......
Thanks man, i was still taking about the rebel XSi tho, and i was just worried about the pictures being too "noisy" i guess is the term for it. Like for night shots, at high ISO
Haha, I agree on the pickles :D

I hear that the CMOS sensor is a really good sensor and some Kodak models have that sensor and can really do justice to low light images

The Nikon D3000 is too easy to use. After a few weeks when you've learned how it works, its just to slow.

So do you think, getting a Cannon Rebel XSi (12.2 Megapixel) would be a bad choice then.
Or should i get the Cannon rebel XT (10.1) megapixels?
I've been using a point and shoot casio exilim (8.1 MP)
So i dont think i would want to go down from that.

Canon seems to have loyal customers.
You can't use a Canon lens on another brand (and vise versa).
So before deciding on a Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, etc., know which brand you would be happy with.
