Yeah she definitely didn't want George around, wanted to move out, didn't want to stay there overnight, said he had a heart attack, said her parents were divorcing, that mom was leaving her the house, used cuss language with him, eluded to boyfriends he mistreated her, told him to get out of HER house, then all this happened around Father's Day. Then the weirdness of wanting to get it on camera that they had just begun to start building their relationship up again.

I started reading the new book on the case last night at about 6:00 pm. Did not put it down until 1:00 AM. It is really very good. She was mising a few things that I thought were key so far though. The fact that le told both Bozo and Jessie about the blowup on fathers day. And how Cindy sent her PI into the woods before the body was found, but does not take it further than that.

If Caylee is the product of incest, which could be the case for sure, I wonder, if Lee is the father and the Anthony's want it covered up, why give Caylee this name (Cay(sey)-Lee) as it would be the opposite of hiding the truth. But this family is very dysfunctional, so it wouldn't really surprise me. You have interesting things to say, Albatross.

Promiscuity can also come from Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Disorder, not only Sociopathy. Also, a child enjoying sexual abuse is more that the childs body is stimulated sexually and will have an automatic bodily response, which they are ashamed of as it makes them feel they somehow wanted it, while they didnt, but it felt good and bad at the same time, and this is very confusing and creates a lot of problems for the child.

Maybe all people with a history of incest are messed up, but that doesn't mean all messed up people have a history of incest.  It's possible, but I don't see what real evidence you have for it.

When I first heard of Casey's promiscuity, my first thought was she is probably victim of incest, promiscuity is a hallmark behavior of this. Not every person that has been the victim of incest/ sexual abuse becomes promiscuous though, yet knowing someone is very promiscuous like Casey, there is a very high likelihood she was indeed molested. If you look into literature about sexual abuse/incest victims, you will see this is common. Noone knows for sure this happened with Casey, proof is needed.

I just want to point out that if KC was part of a result of incest she would exhibit poor health, fitness(#of offspring produced) and lower levels of fertility. If she is a result of imbreeding then she should have a history of health problems. Due to inbreeding there is a far higher phenotypic expression of deletious recessive genes. If KC was born then she would express some sort of deformity and undesireable traits. I think before you claim incest you should look into the family'shealthissues

Many of the ancient royals arranged incestious marriages to concentrate the wealth/power. Not every offspring will show negative results--sometimes you can get away with 2-3 generations without the surfacing of bad recesive genes appearing.

I would think with ALL the publicity that has come out since this case "began," the workers at the retirement home could surely verify or witness to Caylee being there on Father's Day.. perhaps they even have visitor records? Security videotape? Would the Grandfather be able to answer that question? Is it too much for LE to look into?  Just wondering...

I feel really sorry for the grandparents, they've lost their granddaughter and will be losing their daughter also. As a parent I think it would be hard to imagine your daughter doing something like this. they have to be in a great bit of denial, shock, confusion. I imagine they are like walking stressed zombie's.

She went to far in using the chloroform to put the child asleep. Incest played a part in Casey's life. Casey has psychosis. bi-polar, sociopathic and what i really feel is NARCISSTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER. She doesn't feel normal feelings. She is mentally ill. Yet is also aware from right and wrong. Interesting theory, Casey surely seemed to get annoyed with the love expressed toward Caylee and not herself. She stole from her family and friends and george even mentioned casey had been to court before, (my guess would be for fraud)

The video's date was confirmed by the police, obviously Cindy's mind is all jacked up because her grandaughter is dead (and she knows it) so she could not get it straight, (the dates) but the police have all of the evidence and they confirm everything.

Casey's parents were going to take a lie detector test but their son (Lee) said not do so. It would make life easier for FBI and other parties. Seems something could come out and feel they are afraid.

What reason would there be for relatives to refuse to take a Lie Detector test?

The only one I cAn think of is knowledge/participation of body disposal, Are their other reasons? I know if it was my grandchild I'd do anything to cooperate and eliminate me from the equation, so they wouldn't waste time and energy. Much of any investigation is a process of elimination.

What question could they possibly ask that would implicate an innocent person?

The time line was given through Tony and Lee's talks with police. Cindy is to upset and full of deniel make sense. Casey gives very little truth about anything. Police have tried to make it clear to the Anthony's what direction the case has taken and they are all in deniel now, one way or another.

Too bad that theory is not plausible. The police are the ones responsible for coming up with the date of june 15th. They pulled video from the Anthony's camcorder which is incripted with date and time.

Can there be any reason other than the Anthony's not telling the police the truth? All that hoopla about the police not looking hard enough for Caylee, yet they refuse tests?
