Beautiful beach, i just got back today from a cruise to the Bahamas and visited cabbage beach. It's just a 10 min. walk to the east of Atlantis, this is my second time visiting there during September and one time in July. During the summer is great to swim there, it feels like swimming in a big pool, the waters are calm and very clear, but if you plan to go in September, don't get in the water unless you're an avid and strong swimmer, the rip tide will give you a bad scare.

Been there twice... Love that beach!! Be careful not to drink the coconut drink from the locals though, it'll get you sick.
