The stock valve on the scar is already adjustable, just not as high or low a range as the NPAS. Its a little tricky, but factory set to about 370 fps

Consistant 366-367FPS.

NPAS yes, good reviews on it too. The stock rod moves alot. RA tech NPAS lets you adjust from low as 20fps lol to I believe 480 fps?

Man Im Gettin mine with a VFC EGLM Kit it comes with 3 trigger assemblies so it can fit on either a SCAR Heavy, SCAR Light, or as a Stand-Alone Launcher. Its Totally Badass and Im gonna review it so hopefully you guys catch it
