Somehow the Palestinians are wrongly depicted or underrepresented in the US media. The stereotypes of what an Arab/ Middle-Eastern person is...remains constantly in the US media. @oxywebfun If you haven't noticed both the countries you stated have borders with the Palestinians. When the Isrealies started taking over in 1948 many Palestinians fled to Jordan or Egypt, and many stayed. That basically clarifies your confusion its a common misconception.
