you made the mistake of thinking u didnt get addicted till after ur tollerance level jumped up 5 or 6x. the more u use,longer its gonna take 2taper down +if your still using while on methadone, which is what i did 4 the first year on the program is really risky i coulda Od @ any point. thats probably why ur getting sick. I stoped using extras while on the program 4 about 6months tried 2 use, got VERY sick. havent relaps since. if ur properly tapering down u shouldnt b getting sick. goodluck girl

@summmer138 those clinics are a fuckin joke, and a rip off, i was in a clinic for like 4 years or 5 maxed out at 120mg/day hate having to be there everyday by 11am , no takehomes except sundays which everyone gets, i didnt get takehomes cos i smoke weed , they let me use xanax which was good cos some dont. i got outta there got on suboxone for 2yr then asked my m.d. if he would just give me 100mg methadone instead cos subs suck, im so happy to not have to gototheclinic now im on done for pain
@summmer138 you have gone down 95mg? how high of a dose were you on??? im on 100mg prescribed. i used to goto a clinic for several years at 120mg. so pretty much the same dose . im also on 3 bars a day. methadone is basically impossible to come off....i been on suboxone and subutex. think ill stick with methadone for life, i have chronic pain anyway. i find that not listening to icp will help also . maybe some black dahlia murder or august burns red would help.

I've tried xanax a couple of times from a friend of mine who had them..didn't do nothing for me except it made my ass sleep..so since that is all i got out of it..i simply don't do them anymore..now I'm on these strips called soboxone..they are 8 milagrams per strip..i cut them in half and take a half a strip a day...(Today i finally took a full strip)

Sorry, but It isn't necessary to abuse Xanax to get in serious trouble with it. Xanax and other benzodiazepines cause physical brain dependence, and all that is needed is to take them as prescribed for this to happen- even in doses of 1 mg or less for a few weeks.
"Abuse" has very little to do with the problems caused by the benzodiazepine drugs. Millions of non-drug addicts are dependent on this class of drug. It causes brain disease, whether someone is a "drug addict" or not.

I was put on medication because of anxiety and those horrible pills made me afraid of everything. It took a long time to recover from them, just now I'm starting to feel normal, and not afraid of EVERY effing thing. Its been a month, I think.
I will never trust my doctor again. I have to find other ways to be calm and not nervous in certain circumstances. Yoga or something... uhh

I went on Suboxone Like Mattm1986 and that is what saved me! I started at 2 pills (8mg) a day and now after 8 months I weaned myself down to half of a half of a pill until I quit and now 3 mths totally clean. Had some lingering sneezing and minor chills for a week or so but DID IT and so can SUMMER! How about it??

you made the mistake of thinking u didnt get addicted till after ur tollerance level jumped up 5 or 6x. the more u use,longer its gonna take 2taper down +if your still using while on methadone, which is what i did 4 the first year on the program is really risky i coulda Od @ any point. thats probably why ur getting sick. I stoped using extras while on the program 4 about 6months tried 2 use, got VERY sick. havent relaps since. if ur properly tapering down u shouldnt b getting sick. goodluck girl

@summmer138 you have gone down 95mg? how high of a dose were you on??? im on 100mg prescribed. i used to goto a clinic for several years at 120mg. so pretty much the same dose . im also on 3 bars a day. methadone is basically impossible to come off....i been on suboxone and subutex. think ill stick with methadone for life, i have chronic pain anyway. i find that not listening to icp will help also . maybe some black dahlia murder or august burns red would help.

@summmer138 It has and allways will get worse... but thats not forever. At least they tell me. I stop using cannabis and opiates and benzos and even booze... and it hasn't payed off. Drinking just poisons me... so I only drink once in a blue moon besides some wine with a fine meal or whatnot. Its great to get off drugs... but sometimes pills make life simpely tolerable and without em life gets real hard. With no pills I hurt unbearibly. With pills I still am fucked yet I can function with hope.

If your pain will never go away, then learn to fucntion with your pills and its no one's fucking business to judge you-thats a fuck up on there part like most the trolls on here. Sorry, but It isn't necessary to abuse Xanax to get in serious trouble with it. Xanax and other benzodiazepines cause physical brain dependence, and all that is needed is to take them as prescribed for this to happen- even in doses of 1 mg or less for a few weeks.
"Abuse" has very little to do with the problems caused by the benzodiazepine drugs. Millions of non-drug addicts are dependent on this class of drug. It causes brain disease, whether someone is a "drug addict" or not.

Hope you are doing well. You obviously have a strong will and my god not everyone has that.
I was put on medication because of anxiety and those horrible pills made me afraid of everything. It took a long time to recover from them, just now I'm starting to feel normal, and not afraid of EVERY effing thing. Its been a month, I think.
I will never trust my doctor again. I have to find other ways to be calm and not nervous in certain circumstances. Yoga or something... uhh

im 23 went to rehab like 3 times in the past 3 years, got outta rehab about 16 months ago, ive taken xanax and snorted some ocs a couple times since ive been out, but yeah i was ON it for real, i know how it is and it sucks dick, you will return to normal if you just stop taking anything for long enough

@killyourego1983 I am a meth face? I don't do meth I have never gotten high off meth I don't like it, never will. My fiancee's dad is a meth head but that's about the only person I know who does meth. and my fiance hates it too. I didn't even know what it was until I moved here 5 years ago. I'm from Alaska with a town of 2500 ppl there was no such thing as meth. So ya was addicted to xanax I was having trouble with opiates, but not meth. I have no reason to lie, i'm honest about everything else

I went on Suboxone Like Mattm1986 and that is what saved me! I started at 2 pills (8mg) a day and now after 8 months I weaned myself down to half of a half of a pill until I quit and now 3 mths totally clean. Had some lingering sneezing and minor chills for a week or so but DID IT and so can SUMMER! How about it??

Your video may have suggested a few days of "going without" but can see clearly that you are using and possibly bragging that you quit for a few days (only because you ran out). You did not even come close to any type of withdrawal and trust me that if you are honestly taking the amount and types of drugs mentioned you are in for one hell of a miserable experience "if" you do stop unless you die first. I got help! u can two! U also seem pretty young!

@Gixter1000 i quit for 6 or 7 days, relapsed....and it wasn't because i ran out...i never run out I have money the only time I run out is if i don't go get my prescription or can't find any which has happened once and was not for 7 days it was for about 24 hours..and yes I do know what withdrawals are they suck throwing up none stop not being able to move LIVING in the bathroom I are already having a miserable experience. So ya I need help but honestly i'm scared. making these vids help me talk

@skullface405420 I was addicted to xanax for 3 years maybe more I have severe anxiety and was prescribed 90 bars (2 mg) for 3 years I would wake up shaking and had to take some. I quit cold turkey and it took me a month and a hafl maybe two months to feel almost normal. It was the hardest thing i ever had to quit UNTIL i got addicted to pain killers, but you know what if i can quit benzyos I can fucking quit pks. right?
