I wouldn't worry too much about this going ahead, what Bank would finance it. There are thousands of unsold apartments and commercial units within 20mls.

Devondale Ltd would like to get permission though, NAMA will end up sitting on that land for 15yrs.

Excellent video! It shows very clearly that the horrendous development proposed for Donaghcumper would be a national disgrace.

It would not only demolish the splendid rural landscape of Donaghcumper, but would impose on these lands an incongruous modern high-rise development which would intrude into the magnificently designed landscapes of Castletown demesne and St Wolstan’s, and completely destroy forever the Georgian character of Celbridge village.

this is a disgrace how is this being aloud to go on

all this distruction of what celbridge has to offer for a meaningless road

not to mention the carious in traffic it will cause from its construction .
